Good night all! Especially those who responded to my message. A few hours ago, they exchanged my HP, I'm glad. At the moment I am watching the baking process. I don’t know what to do with the bread, but most importantly, it doesn’t emit any horrible sound signals. It turns out that this is really an isolated case. She brought me, explained the situation, they don't believe me, they say that BORK can't have this. They turn it on, it works and does not beep. I am in shock myself do not understand what is the matter? They begin to explain to me that if within 20 minutes she does not emit a sound signal, they will not change me even if I just want to. It turns out that the goods that interact with the products just cannot be exchanged even if 14 days have not passed. I started to get nervous, but then I get the idea to download it. They also found flour. As soon as they simply poured one flour and turned on the beeps began. Everyone was shocked and questions disappeared. HP exchanged waiting for bread. The first signal was already there. I should have added the ingredients. I'll taste the bread in the morning. THANKS to those who have been with me all this time and worried. I'll bake you!
Omela
Irina, I'm glad that everything was resolved for you.
Irina46
Thank you so much Omela! Prompted in time. Can you tell me where to find good recipes for HP BORK X500
Omela
Irina, here you can see: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=499.0 , and so you can take any recipe from the forum for HP.
Irina46
THANK YOU!!!
Xavier
How well is this stove programmed? I'm primarily interested in yeast-free and wholemeal bread, how well is the x500 for this? I understand that almost any bread can be baked in any CP, the only question is how much you have to "interfere" with the process and do something with your hands, add, fill, etc. I want maximum automation with rye yeast-free bread.

Thank you!
Tar
How to remove a kneading knife from bread? The set includes a torture instrument, but I don’t know how to use it.
Maybe it makes sense to pull out the knife before baking? The bread does not bake well around the knife.
Omela
Tar, welcome to the forum!

Hook with the supplied hook.

I do not pull out. If you pull out, wrap the pin with baking paper, otherwise the dough will stick to it and will be difficult to pull out.

How well is this stove programmed?
Xavier , I have never used this function. The instructions say the time for each stage in minutes:
batch 1 6-14
rise 1 20-60
batch 2 5-20
rise 2 5-120
rise 3 0-120
pastries 0-80
heating 0-60

Theoretically, 120 minutes is not enough for sourdough bread. IMHO.
Tar
Thank you.
Now he'll be baked, I'll try to pull it out without cutting.

Hello everyone! So we recently bought a Bork x500, we were assured in the store that the best + almost everything is metal. In short, we bought into the admonitions of the seller, now I hope we will not be disappointed ... The first thing we decided to try was dumplings dough .. in short, it turned out nonsense (n) was done in 8 mode. Flour 900gr (as indicated in the recipe book from the company) is a lot !!! (I suspected it, but I did everything as it was written, measuring it with scales exactly in grams, etc.). Naturally, Kolobok did not see it, but only flour in crumbs. Well, never mind ... I threw it all away. I read that many people immediately turned out white bread - I got a brick, since again I used a lot of flour according to the book recipe. As I understand it, (+ some reviews) the recipe book contains errors! I am an optimist and I hope everything will work out with other recipes. Girls: bravo: share recipe dumplings and how to do it, and a recipe for good rye-wheat bread! (two kids on the forum you won't read much) poke me into a link pliz!
Omela
dili1979 , welcome to the forum and with your assistant! Let it serve for a long time and please you.

Read this topic, at least the last 2-3 pages. Your problem with dumplings is described there. There is an error in the attached book.

All!
Never again!
Thanks for the quick response.

Well, that's why they write such instructions !!!!!!!

Maybe I went now to check again
I can just take a picture of a page and put it up!
For beginners, it is most for mistakes, you see, and my "dream" of a breakdown would come true
In, in, in, and I of the same opinion fell for this bait, or rather a typo. The crumb turned out to be large!
Omela
Well, nothing happened !!! It was necessary to halve and add some water.

A recipe is not a dogma, but a basis! Everyone has different products and conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.). The main thing is to follow the flour / liquid ratio and everything will work out!

It takes a long time for the "young tanker" to reach me, but it will surely come! I will finish it in any case! Hell and not that, but in the oven
Omela
Of course everything will work out. Good luck!

Hello, I have a question about the BORK X500 bread maker. How can you set the program so that only KIND and LIFT are there? I tried to do it myself, but nothing worked, so I ask for step-by-step instructions.
Regards, Angela.
Omela
Angela, welcome to the forum.

Quote: Angela

Use the Dough program. The only thing is that there is one kneading, but you can turn off the HP after kneading and leave the dough for the time you need to rise.
Angela
Omela! Thank you for the answer. I use the "Dough" mode all the time. I just thought that I could somehow program it for myself ... Thanks again for the quick answer. Good luck to you!
Omela
You can only program within this framework:

batch 1 6-14
rise 1 20-60
batch 2 5-20
rise 2 5-120
rise 3 0-120
pastries 0-80
heating 0-60

What you want will not work.
Angela
I have already understood it. We'll have to put up with it.

Good afternoon everyone))
Yesterday I bought myself my first bread machine =) I shoveled a lot of information and with the final intentions went for the Panasonic sd-2501wts (I read about a good repaired structure, about all the pros and cons). But when I arrived at the store, and saw better - the mechanism itself did not inspire confidence in me ... Well, whatever it was - THIS IS PLASTIC, and it will melt when exposed to temperature .. So the choice remained with 3 bread machines Bork x500 / x800 / Kambrock ABM400 /. On the x800 principle, there was money - but such an amount (13,700) was somehow a pity to give .. Cambrock - in general, somehow did not inspire confidence .. neither the design was functional .. There was only one X500. I took it -) pah pah pah and did not lose it)))
I came home, collected everything, decided to make the first bread - I took extra grade flour for baking bread, the milk was a little sour (well, what it was)) yeast oil salt sugar .. in general, everything else was like at home)) and vooot .. as written in the book of operation filled everything up and fell asleep ... the only thing BUT - For a long time I could not figure out what 1 m means. l. ...they thought they thought - in the end they did so - it says on a bag of yeast - a bag for 1 kg of flour (that is, 11 grams of yeast for 1 kg of flour). I baked large bread (900 grams), which required 700 grams of flour - accordingly, I poured 7 grams of yeast ..
The process went on)))))) Everything was going fine, but I noticed that the dough remains at the edges (during kneading) .. I thought to the point ... Then it will be necessary to open the lid then somehow clean it into the general mass .. NO! With the 2nd batch, 1 lump was collected cleanly !!
In general, we thought the first pancake would turn out to be lumpy - but it turned out mmmmmmmmmmmmm !!! Real jam ! Baked, crispy crust! Everything is gorgeous. YES, by the way, if it smelled like plastic, then oooooooooooooochen very significant, and then at the beginning of baking)) So happy with the purchase! =))))

Alexey1991 , congratulations on your purchase! May you continue to please.
There is already a topic for your stove
HERE., further write there.

I baked large bread (900 grams)
Your bread is really big and not at all 900g. For 700g. flour about 500g. liquids, ie 1400. It is better to adhere to the size of the loaf declared by the manufacturer, that is, use 500-600g as much as possible in a rectangular bucket. flour.

Quote: Alexey1991

which required 700 grams of flour - respectively, I poured 7 grams yeast..
For 700g. flour is a lot. Maximum 5g. The amount of yeast is calculated as follows. for every 100g. flour 2g. fresh yeast or 0.67g. dry active. Because of this, by the way, the roof could have fallen near the bread.

I advise you to read more here: #.
Good luck!

I noticed that the dough remains at the edges (during kneading) .. I thought about business ... Then I will have to open the lid somehow to clean it into the general mass .. NO! With the 2nd batch, 1 lump was collected cleanly !!
It's better to open the lid and help with a silicone spatula. All flour must be harvested, otherwise you will end up with gluten developing unevenly. The flour that remains dry will be "not working" until the 2nd batch.

Finally, I became the owner of the Bork x500 bread machine !!! Today my husband bought it for me: yahoo: and I immediately got down to business, looked through your entire site from and to and realized that it is better not to mess with the recipe book that comes with a bread maker !!! And I began to look for a suitable recipe based on the availability of products in the refrigerator and settled on a recipe for bread with kefir. Kefir turned out to be not enough and I added sour cream and other ingredients and the process of kneading the dough began, my daughter and I watched for a long time in the window of the bread machine how the process was going. Then we got distracted by our business and voila, three hours passed and our bread was ready !!!!! Unfortunately, I did not have time to photograph it, but the photo looks like the previous one straight one to one !!! We diminished bread for three at a stroke !!!! I can say with confidence that all negative statements about this bread maker are probably written by competitors or people who have gotten into the potfly. There was no smell of plastic at all !!! Nothing rattled or rustled like a vacuum cleaner !!!! In general, we are very satisfied, one thing disappoints us is our weight in the future !!! I feel that we will not fit into summer clothes with such a rate of eating bread !!!
Omela
Marsianka , welcome to the forum! Congratulations on your assistant, may you continue to please.

Thank you so much!!! Now I will be your constant user !!!!! I found a lot of useful and necessary information on your site !!!!!

Hope it will be soon and Your website.

Hello hostesses. For the fifth day now, HP x500 has been living and working perfectly. We call her granddaughter Borenka. This is our first HP. Purchase history, like everyone else: we drove for one, bought what the seller recommended, which we do not regret at all. We have already baked Italian bread (recipe with, onion, with oatmeal. Everything turned out great! Now we put rye bread (recipe from the book with changes). Tomorrow I'll see what is baked, I'll tell you.I do not strictly adhere to recipes, I follow the bun, because the experience in baking pies is large and I feel good about the dough. Thanks for the helpful advice to Omelochka and everyone who generously shares their knowledge and experience.
Omela
Galina, Hurrah!!! I am glad that everything is working out for you !!
Galyunyushka
The rye bread turned out to be very, very tasty! A recipe from a booklet for hp x500 "Rye bread", but instead of baking powder, I put 2 tablespoons of rye sourdough and added 2 tablespoons. lies. kvass wort (the one in 0.5 liter cans). The result is uniform porosity, color, like Borodinsky's, and the taste is similar, but without coriander (mine hate it). Unfortunately, I can't upload pictures yet.
Galyunyushka
I almost forgot, I cut the yeast by half.

Galina, you can upload pictures from your computer through the "Gallery" (the active link is in the post of the reply right after the subject of the message. Detailed instructions HERE.

Thank you. I'll put my granddaughter to bed - I'll try. In the meantime, I'll take a picture of a new loaf of rye bread.

Hello. I have a question: I bake bread using the wholemeal program, during the last distance the bread (“rye without nothing”) rises too much and the dome collapses during baking. Is it possible to reduce the rise of bread by using less yeast for the same amount of original ingredients. That is, the program remains, but it rises more slowly. Or not philosophize and make 12 program for yourself.
Initially, the yeast recipe contains 2 tsp, but try, for example, 1.5 or 1.2?

Yes, you can slightly reduce the amount of yeast. But there may be another reason that the bread falls off during baking, see here Bread rises, but falls inward. Causes. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=7690.0

I cut the yeast in half and put in 2 tbsp. l. leaven. The loaves are round, but slightly denser than with yeast.
POBEDA_W
Admin, Galyunyushka Thanks for the answer, I will try to reduce the amount next time.

The point is exactly this, because when I myself track the rise with the bread maker off (kneading-rise-baking), then the same bread does not fall off during baking (and it looks like it is "on the program" above), I just would like not to look at it all time.

All ingredients can be placed within these norms Amount of flour and other ingredients for obtaining bread of various sizes https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1625.0 - tested by practice!

But, you always need to monitor the balance of flour / liquid during mixing, since flour has the ability to constantly change moisture. It depends on where the flour is stored, the humidity of the weather, dry summers, hot in the kitchen and so on ...
Therefore, flour constantly requires a different amount of liquid, at the moment the dough is kneaded.

how to bake a cupcake with raisins in X500? My sister gave me a stove, but the recipe book was lost! while I bake only white bread and am very happy

Good afternoon everyone !!! Please, tell me how much bork x-500 should knead and bake in the first (main) mode of operation? It seems to me that something is wrong with mine, out of all 3 hours in this mode, she only bakes 3 minutes, and the rest of the time kneads and raises very little. Accordingly, the bread does not work. It was possible to bake only by programming the stove manually, by trial and error
Omela

phaeton, welcome to the forum! Of course it doesn't have to be that way. I didn't notice it on purpose, but something like this: knead for 10 minutes, rest for 20 minutes, knead for 10 minutes, rise for 20 minutes, workout, rise for 60 minutes, bake for 60 minutes.

I really wanted (and still want) the Gorenje BM 900 AL bread maker, I was looking for it everywhere, but they don't sell it in Russia ((and I accidentally found out about this model, which looks the same as Gorenje, and most importantly, also two buckets ! I read, of course, a lot of negative reviews about it, now I'm thinking of buying it or not ... Gorenje, apparently, I can't get it anywhere, but this model's price is twice as high ... I'll think, in general.
