The porridge in it is simply delicious. This recipe is the most successful and spongy bread turns out to be all in a small hole !!))) 300ml of water, 1.5 teaspoon of salt, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar (in order not to crumble, you will not feel any taste or smell in the bread) then 450 grams of flour, make a depression in the flour and put 1.5 tsp Pakmaya yeast, make a second depression for sugar 1. tsp. We bought Scarlett SL-1525 - a complete analogue of the old SC-400 (with 12 long programs) only in a stainless steel case. It costs ridiculous money here, cheaper than the SC-400 elsewhere. It seems that the old SC-400 (also very cheap) they also have.
