Wheat bran 50 g
7 cereal flakes (not for boiling) 100 g
Sugar 1.5 tbsp. l
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Oil 2 tbsp. l.
Water 330 ml

Cooking method

  • Put everything in a bucket of a bread machine and set the "Diet" mode (3 hours 30 minutes). You may have to add liquid to the bun, because flakes and bran are very hygroscopic, and the moisture content of the flour is different for everyone. Very fragrant and extremely healthy bread.

The bran program is perfect
