Unfortunately, I can't insert direct links.
In the original recipe, all ingredients are not multiplied by 2/3. Instead of dry kvass, I took 3 tbsp. spoons of liquid kvass concentrate. I replaced the water with tea leaves for color. Kneaded on the "macaroni" mode. Then the dough was raised until it increased by about 2 times. She baked it on the heat for 60 minutes, and then another 15. Moreover, when the dough was kneading, I added 2 spoons of flour - the bun was a little thin at first.
The bread turned out to be very tasty. I didn't even have time to take a picture - there is no bread!
Before that, I baked Borodinsky from the ready-made mixture on the main mode - it was also delicious, but there was no such a beautiful loaf.

I had my scarlet without work for a long time, and a couple of days ago I turned it on, so what? it slows down in all modes, does not knead stops. And liquids, as always, 250 gram-glass. that is, not much. will have to drag to the service abydna yes
I also stopped when mixing. This is how I solved this problem: Turn the bucket over and put a couple of drops of vegetable oil on the shaft in the place where it comes out of the bucket, scroll it. Repeat lubrication periodically.

accept a newbie recently bought Skarlusha, baked quite a bit so far - the first pancake came out lumpy the second was better, but apparently the kneading was too steep - the bread was badly baked at the bottom and for some reason there was an air hole at the bottom I made orange jam - I liked it, the cake baked - it turned out delicious , but it somehow turned out to be small and not completely baked, I probably do something wrong, although I did it according to a recipe from this forum and measured everything on the scales. I will continue to experiment, fill my hand

Don't worry, everything will work out! You just need a little experience.

Peace to your home and bread on the table, bakers!
After a failed attempt with a fancy baguette mule,
which broke down and was handed over to the store in the spring (thank God, the timing was allowed),
bought the simplest, in my opinion. Scarlet 400. The main thing is the small size of the baked goods.
But the very first baking (yesterday) left me in a state of complete confusion.
I chose the recipe for "trial", and the weight is 500 gr. I turned it on ... and then a very unpleasant surprise awaited me.
The bread maker shook together with the table thoroughly, the spatula also made noise, be healthy - you could hear it in the other room.
Of course, the bun was small, 500g.- then, but the bucket is tiny. For a loaf of 500 and 750 gr.
Compared to the almost silent Mulka ...

Question to the happy owners of the miracle I bought:
You also have strong vibration and noise when kneading 500g. loaves?

I really hope for your answers, otherwise I can take it to the store until 2 weeks have passed.

By the way, I can't complain about the bread itself - it turned out delicious. Slightly uneven roof, already taught
to the rule of the kolobok, I will regulate this matter!
Omela
Elena, I’m never 500g. did not knead. Now the specialist went to turn it on, it works fine .. nothing shakes. Maybe you didn't turn and fasten the bucket. Does 750 normally knead?
Yelichka
Thank you sincerely for your response!
The bucket was properly secured, all the way to the right, it sat quite tightly,
but on Mulka it is just like an ingrown, here it is still not so. But he doesn't move to the right anymore.
When you turn it on without a test, everything is fine, it does not shake, it does not make noise.
I haven't tried 750 yet, we have 500 - just right for 2 days. We were guided by this volume when buying.
Khamar
when the dough is steep, then my bowl also shakes, but I can't say what is audible in the other room or it somehow interferes, it is just noticeable that it somehow works with tension - but I thought that it should be, after all the dough is not runny. but rather elastic.
Yelichka
Yes, it seems not very cool ... According to the recipe "White bread".
Okay, I'll try to bake some other string of bread for 750 gr. loaf, I'll take a look.
I will unsubscribe about the results.

I bake mostly small loaves, there is noise, but not critical, but there is definitely no vibration, so I don't even know why you have it

I call it Scarlett SL 1525. I like it very much, It bakes quickly, tasty and high quality))) The child is delighted, my husband only eats this bread now, he can't stand the store one)) I advise everyone .. You will not regret it!
Yelichka
Here I am with the report.
Today I baked Peasant, 450 gr. flour.
My bread maker "sang a completely different song"
Didn't shake, didn't make noise, dearie.
The bread turned out to be excellent. And the loaf is not much larger.

Probably 350 flour is not enough for her.
I will still try other recipes for this volume. for the purity of the experiment.

Good day! Take a newbie! I really wanted to buy a bread maker for a long time Well, that's the reason for my birthday. I was presented with a Scarlett sc-401 bread machine. I was quite pleased. (I wanted a more expensive and stainless steel) my first experience with simple white bread was crowned with victory

Good afternoon, all PEACE to your home!
Accept in your friendly ranks. On July 8, she became the happy owner of Skrlushe 1525. But the unfortunate baker
From all that I got it is "French bread" and a bunch of recipes from the recipe book, which are in the instructions. Baked rye on beer, no beer. It will not be baked, then the roof will fall. I have already bought scales, hung everything up to grams, I have been sitting for a week already reading messages on the forum (my husband and children have already simply lost me) the bread is not baked. Baked rye today was a very good heavy and dense bun, I used the programs: dough + heating 1.20 (raw) Baked quick bread with semolina (I don't remember the author) The girls wrote that it was impossible to spoil it. And I spoiled it (the fast program and it was not baked again), although then I did not have a scale and I measured everything with a measuring cup.Girls, maybe I'm using the wrong programs or my flour is not the same, everything is clear with my hands, but you can't cut them off anymore ... Start, tell me please ...

Then the question is: should the fried crust be top, like that of factory loaves, or is it the same around the entire perimeter?
Omela
Usually the loaf is baked evenly or the roof is lighter. You can see a photo of bread in this thread.

Oh and do not say Gauvreau My husband and I walked like foxes around him for 15 minutes. Well, they could not resist. It turned out to be very fluffy and delicious.
Now I will bake and send the children to the village on a loaf.

I set the rules for myself. I think all novice bakers should adhere to it, but this is my opinion of course.
1. Take your time
2. Be sure to sift the flour
3. Hang everything on the scales (if especially with the test for YOU)
4 And the most important thing !!!! Explore YOUR site inside and out

Then something will definitely work out.

Here's just another question arose for me. After baking, how many minutes should the bread remain in the oven. Do I have to be under the towel?

You can take it out right away, but to make it easier to get the spatula out of the bread later, you can hold it in HP for 5-10 minutes. And cover with a towel so that the crust does not dry out, then the bread will be softer.

Hello everyone. Take in your ranks.
The Scarlett 401 oven was bought last night. And before that, they swore and ate purchased, so to speak, bread. They ate and swore again. Then I freaked out specifically and decided to bake bread in the oven, and then I went to the Internet to look for a recipe for simple white bread. So I came across this site and the most wonderful recipe with a wonderful bread.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=83080.0
It turns out fine even in the oven. I put it there in the shape of a bun, laid out in a frying pan. At a temperature of 190, I baked it for 40 minutes. The crust is brown. The finished shape of a neat hemisphere. So I baked in the oven for a couple of months. I also tried rye bread according to this recipe:
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=222159.0
It turned out quite good too.
And now I have white bread baked in Scarlett 401. There are 22 minutes left on the timer. The smell of baking bread is in the air. I'm very worried. Like an exam. Scary).
I don’t know what will happen. Or it won't work).

There is also a catch. We often have energy swings. But there is an uninterruptible power supply with a stabilizer. Let's try to connect through them next time. I am still worried that the energy would not fall.

I will photograph the whole loaf and in section. But how do you embed a photo? Please tell me.

Thanks a lot. So large that the bag does not fit.
I will take all this into account and try. In the meantime, the signal squeaked five times and the display shows the time by zeros. Immediately pull out the bread by turning off the bread machine or wait ten minutes?
Natali06
I take it out right away. I put it on a stand, cover it with a canvas. And I also tell him "Hello!"

Well, I ... took it out right away, since such a thing
Smeared with butter. I covered it with a towel. I almost forgot to say hello, but I remembered - raised the towel). But when she was loading the products she said "with God."
While the bread is suspending, the opinion is superficial. both literally and figuratively. I chose the medium crust function. I pressed the "crust" button twice. So, my crust is unusually light. I would even call her pale. I wonder what will be inside. Is it hot or not. So far my worries have not subsided). But in general it looks pretty. Waiting for a minute to shake it out.
I read here that the knife that mixes the mass may remain in the bread. I hope it comes out easily and I don't spoil the loaf.

This is the kind of bread
