oh, finally, everything came to me, the bread is excellent, I baked more Portuguese sweet bread, just put more sugar, and added flour, it turned out to be handsome, though I haven't tried it yet, now the kids will fall asleep and I'll put some bread for tomorrow !!!! So everything is great !!! You go into the store and you are already lost that you do not need to buy bread ... thanks to everyone for the advice, I will test it further, cotton piece is what you need !!!
kristik
Girls hello everyone! For some reason, I have x / n for some reason on program 9 (dough) recently began to lower the dough for about 50 minutes, already several times I have to sit and pull out the bucket right away and wait until it scrolls back then I put it back, before this program was ok! I have to carry it to the store, right?
Omela
Christina, I did not notice this for mine, because immediately after kneading the dough I take out their HP. You can turn off the HP completely after mixing, and set yourself a timer for 1 hour.

Hey. And how many times a day you bake bread, I almost broke down on my third loaf ... I lay there for a day and it seems to work ... but it is buzzing
Sabrina

Hey. How many times a day do you bake bread,
I once, well, sometimes I have two more and there is no time And sometimes I don't bake for 3-4 days.
Yelichka
Salisa, with such merciless exploitation, your happiness from the bread maker will be short-lived
It must be completely cooled before reuse.
Of course, if you are just kneading the dough, it's a different matter.

Za-za
Elena, if the bread maker is hotter than the required temperature, it simply does not turn on, at least for me - model 1525
Yelichka
I honestly haven't even tried it. It happens that I bake 2 times a day, bread and a sweet bun,
but I always wait for it to cool down completely, as the instructions say. I don't want to check the opposite
In my opinion, 3 times a day is too much for technology.
I have a Scarlett 400, I bake on a mode of 3 hours 20 minutes. If three in a day, when will she cool down?
Well, this is so, by the way. The question was that the stove began to hum.
Therefore, I wrote about the overkill.

Dear ones, what should I do? The kneader has fried tightly to the shaft and I just can't get it out. I want to replace it, because when I take out the bread, pieces of crumb remain on it. How, how can you eat a scapula?

Pour water into a bowl, it may get wet.
Do you want to buy a new kneader? And where, if not a secret?

In the workshop where household appliances are being repaired. There they have used parts, and they can bring a new one to order.
Yelichka
Yulechka, Please allow me to recommend some simple ways to avoid frying.
I use them myself. No problem.
1. Before loading the ingredients into the bucket, lubricate with an ear cleaner (cotton swab) soaked in vegetable oil,
the entire surface of the blade, especially inside, where it sits on the shaft. And the shaft itself is inside the bucket too.
2.After removing the bread from the bucket, immediately fill the bucket with hot water. For 20 minutes.
3. Remove the softened crumb from the shaft inside the bucket, and rub the shaft thoroughly with a kitchen sponge (NOT the abrasive side)
4. Also thoroughly rinse the inside of the scapula with an ear cleaner. Until there is no trace of dough left.

Some of the nuances of my "technical process":
1. After kneading the dough, I take out the spatula. So that it does not remain in the bread and then there is no big hole when you take it out.
2. I immediately put the spatula into the water.
3. I do not leave the bread on the heating, as it is baked - I take it out right away - and for cooling.

All this allows you to avoid scalding the shoulder blade. If, nevertheless, this happened, you can pour boiling water over the bucket with a spatula, leave for 10 minutes and re-pour boiling water, and so on until it gets wet. Do not leave for a long time, because if the water cools down, pouring boiling water again is dangerous to cover the bucket. It does not like such a strong temperature drop and can crack.

Let baking bread bring you only joy!
Yulechka Yulia
Thanks for the advice! I did it, and already the new kneader is kneading the dough (sorry for the taftology)

kiss87, Natalia, with your first bread! Your dough turned out to be too steep, so the roof cracked, you had to add liquid. Because of this, it only rose to the middle of the bucket, and the top is white. You should read the theory of baking bread in HP here: #

I did everything according to the recipe) I also thought so, because the dough was somehow too heavy to interfere, it rose almost into the entire bucket, a couple of cm was not enough only to the top.

Try this cupcake. I cooked it in my Scarlett bread maker, everyone liked it very much.
Structure
200 gr. soft butter, (I took butter + sour cream 1: 1)
150 gr. Sahara,
4 eggs,
1 pinch of salt
grated zest of 1 lemon,
300 gr. flour (2 cups)
1 tsp baking powder,
1 tbsp. l. brown rum, (I put cognac - what was available)
100 g candied fruits (e.g. cherries, melons, candied fruits), (I didn't have)
100 g raisins, (I took 200 gr. instead of candied fruits.)
100 g chopped almonds.
to lubricate the mold:
butter

Preparation
1. Put the butter and sugar in a bowl and beat with a mixer. Then, while whisking, add eggs, salt and lemon zest.
2. Mix flour with baking powder. Add flour, raisins, candied fruits, raisins and almonds in turn to the egg-oil mixture. Mix well.
3. Grease the bread pan with butter and place the dough in it. The cupcake is ready if the dough does not stick to the match stuck in it.

I saw it, but in my opinion, apart from the appearance, there is no difference. There the body is black + metal, it looks beautiful, and the functions seem to be the same as they were.

I confess that this was a different model, but I didn’t see the 400 in "live" but read the characteristics. Impressed
Main programs:
wholemeal bread, French baguette, gluten-free pastries, wheat bread, muffin, rye bread, sweet pastries, jam, dough kneading, accelerated baked goods, filled bread, dessert pastries, porridge. Postponement, kneading the dough is like ours
And she looks a little different.
Damn enviable: oops: already hotstsa change, but it's a pity

Did anyone try Borodinsky according to the classic recipe?

Girls, advise I bought an updated scarlet-400 bread maker. The programs are short, less than 3 hours, in the rye mode I bought two batches because of the size of the loaf, I need a small one. Maybe it's not too late to hand over and buy the old version.
Omela
Olgaand even French less than 3 hours ?? If the oven is in automatic mode, this is not very good.
Sneg6
Yes, that's just the point, I have 6 hours of French in Panasonic. I'll probably go to take it. Now I don't know which one to buy, most likely an old model. Mistletoe, can you advise something.
Omela
I have Scarlett at the dacha. I first knead the dough, leave it for 30 minutes to 5 hours, then bake it on a dietary mode. Or first I make dough, and then I bake. That is, I practically do not bake at once in automatic mode. I don't follow HP models. But, they say that Panasonic is better, only Panasonic. For which HP users?
Sneg6
I like Panasonic, we just don't eat so much bread like a small stove to bake small loaves.
