The syrup as such did not work out - it seemed to me that there was not enough water - I added so that it would be possible to get to the water by ramming it in a pan. Spilled it, it was liquid. It turned out 1.5 liters. and I'll see how it will be cooled down. Storage, as I understand it, in the refrigerator. But the question with freezing, is it possible to freeze? Maybe with this ratio, dandelion-sugar won't stand in the refrigerator? I don't want to add sugar anymore - and it's so very sweet. ... it doesn't taste great yet, but unusual. Let's wait about a week - we will shoot a sample

Dandelion honey (how we cook)
1. Collect 200 pcs. dandelion flowers, without stems. We cook more concentrated honey, that is, we take not 200 dandelion flowers, but 400 pieces, the rest of the ingredients according to the recipe.
2. Pour the flowers with cold water, let them sit in cold water for a while, while the dishes and other ingredients are being prepared, so that the insects caught with the flowers crawl out of the flowers and float, quickly rinse with cold water and squeeze.
3. Pour the washed flowers with 0.5 liters of water (otherwise, it will turn out too liquid) and boil for 30 minutes.
4. Allow the flowers in the broth to cool to room temperature. Drain the infused broth, carefully squeeze the flowers and discard, combine the squeezed broth with the previously drained part of the broth.
5. Bring pure flower broth without flowers to a boil.
6. Into the boiled flower broth add 1 kg of sugar and cook for 45 minutes over low heat, like jam, stirring and not allowing a strong boil.
7. Introduce juice from one lemon (or just finely cut lemon with peel, but without pits) or 5 g of citric acid (1 tsp without a slide) into a slightly boiling boiled flower syrup and continue boiling at low boil for another 15 minutes.
8. Pour the finished dandelion honey into jars. Store at room temperature. We pour into small, no more than 0.5 liters, cans, under screw caps. Everything is perfectly stored in the room.
