Chicken breast roll

Ingredients

chicken breasts (fillet) 5
pepper, seasonings (optional)
boiled sausage or ham
cheese
greens (optional)
baking paper, toothpicks, thread for rolls

Cooking method

  • 1. There were 5 chicken breast fillets.
  • 2. Beat them off, spread them out so that you could roll them up.
  • 3. Then pepper, sprinkle with chicken seasoning, then a layer of cooked sausage, then cheese.
  • 4. Pepper again.
  • 5. I twisted it with parchment paper, tied it with a bandage that would hold and here and there with toothpicks attached it, a painfully thin chicken fillet.
  • 6. Then sprinkle with pepper and seasonings on top.

What should have been done: add salt all the same, inside along
