Chicken muffins with Mozzarella cheese (Brand 35128 airfryer)

Ingredients

Chicken breast fillet 3 pcs.
Zucchini 150 gr.
Onions (I have green) 2 pcs. (2 feathers)
Garlic 1 clove
Cream or sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
Egg 1 PC.
Semolina 2 tbsp. l.
Dill and parsley 1 branch
Salt and black pepper taste
Mozzarella cheese mini 1 ball per muffin

Cooking method

  • Make minced meat from the breast fillet using a meat grinder, blender or as I did, just chop it into small, small cubes with a knife. (Meat removed from two thighs can be added to the breast fillet.)
  • Grate the zucchini on a fine grater. Finely chop the green onion. (Onions can be finely chopped or grated too).
  • Chop the dill and parsley.
  • Add zucchini, egg, onion, herbs, cream (sour cream), semolina, salt and pepper to the minced chicken. Mix the minced meat well until smooth and leave for 15-20 minutes.
  • Spoon some minced meat into a muffin tin with a tablespoon. Put the mozzarella ball inside and cover again with minced meat.
  • Place the molds in a cold airfryer.

Ksyusha, fine!!! I love these dishes and often did before. We must resume. Thank you.

Tanyush, renew! Necessarily! It's so delicious. But I was just too lazy to fry the cutlets
Tanyulya
With the purchase of grilled cutlets I fry without any problems and stopped making such muffins, I even once won a culinary competition in the city with similar muffins.

Good for you, Tanya, you have grills like dirt. And my broken one stands, disassembled. The husband of the thermal sensor could not rivet. Postponed until better times
Galinka-Malinka
About the best recipe Ksyushka, I dragged it away and cook it.
SanechkaA
Ksyusha, for some reason immediately thought that this is your recipe - I will definitely cook it very very tasty
What do you think, if mozzarella is replaced with feta cheese (not salted) - the taste will be harsh?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Galyun, Thank you ! I will wait !

Sashun, Thank you!

And what is not allowed? I think it is quite possible. If you love and eat feta cheese - feel free to invest it.
SanechkaA
I understand, I will definitely prepare and report
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
I'm waiting.
Asya Klyachina
As a recipe in time, I just screwed the minced meat from chicken breasts into a 3-liter pan. (I unload the freezer) I ate and ate cutlets. We'll have some more muffins.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Asya, try your health! I really hope you enjoy it!
Bepa
Oh, probably cheese and cream should be very juicy! I will definitely try. Thanks for the recipe.
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Bepa, juicy! Try it. And not only with cheese as a filling.

And why else is it tasty so that children / fussy people like it?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
Delicious with mushrooms. With onions and carrots, stewed. Yes, you can put any vegetables in the middle. There is where fantasies roam.
Bepa
No, they don't eat my mushrooms. I must try it with cabbage. And also with words. oil and herbs. It will be interesting to look like a Kiev cutlet !?
Ksyushk @ -Plushk @
So my daughter doesn't eat mushrooms either. And if I hide it somewhere, it doesn't even notice.
Bepa
Yes, in principle, if you turn it in a blender. Yes, put sour cream!
