Sunflower salad

Ingredients

Potatoes 400 g
Champignon 200 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Pickled cucumbers 3 pcs
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
Chopped walnuts 3 tbsp. spoons
Pitted black olives 1 can 390 g
Crisps 1 pack
Salt to taste

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes. Fry the champignons with onions in vegetable oil for about 10 minutes. Rub the cooled potatoes and cucumbers on a coarse grater. We spread on a dish in layers: potatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, nuts, potatoes. Cut the olives into halves across and spread the top layer - these are seeds, decorate with chips in a circle - these are the leaves.
