Ingredients

Canned red beans 1 can (400 g)
Pickled cucumbers (medium) 4 things.
Fresh herbs (parsley, cilantro, basil) 2 bundles
Garlic 3-4 cloves
Walnuts 3/4 cups
Olive oil taste

Cooking method

  • The trick of this salad is cutting the ingredients. Pieces of cucumber, herbs, garlic, and nuts should be about the same size. That is, the cucumbers are cut quite small, and everything else is cut large. I used the chopper at low speed and with control of the result.
  • Drain the liquid from the beans, put all the ingredients in a salad bowl, stir, season with olive oil and, if necessary, add salt. Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
