Ingredients

bulb onions half a medium onion
French mustard (grains) 1h l.
balsamic vinegar 0.5h l.
mayonnaise 2-3 st. l.
dill
ground black pepper
Rye bread 4-6 pieces

Cooking method

  • I decided to open a series of recipes with morning sandwiches. Somewhere we had such a topic, but everything turned out to be in a common heap and now you can’t find it.
  • Why salad? Because the coating of the sandwich is, in principle, the salad. It can be eaten simply with bread, you can supplement with other ingredients (better with vegetables, for example, avocado goes well), but mine love sandwiches.
  • This is the younger son's favorite meat sandwich. He will sell his homeland for him. Eats the most.
  • Fillet just needs to be cut into cubes, cucumber - grate, onion - into cubes, season, mix, add herbs. Dill goes great here, I just didn't have it at the right time.
  • Fillet - the meat is quite dry, so the dressing should be juicy. For the same reason, we do not squeeze the cucumber. Better to peel it off. We take good mayonnaise and even better if it is of low fat content. Such mayonnaise is more liquid in consistency, and it is good for us. Better to wet all the fillets. French mustard tends to be slightly sour, balsamicos (real, good and aged balsamicos that are thick) have a distinct sweet taste, so they balance each other out. If you don't have balsamic vinegar - well, figs would be with it))). And you can do without it.
  • I rarely cook meat for such sandwiches (let me remind you that meat in salads, sandwiches are cooked by placing them in boiling water). Usually there is chicken from a whole baked chicken, from a stew in a pan. It is necessary to pick up the residues, remove the skin and bones, finely chop and use.

Bread is smeared with dressing, fillet is put with these plates, top dressing again, onion rings and cucumber mugs on top. It just looks like a sandwich. I have a dozen of exactly morning sandwiches in my arsenal))). There is all kinds of salmon with spreads and circles of boiled eggs, etc. If you want to feed the muzhukov - be able to spin!))
