I constantly make chops, buckwheat flour, corn flour (from cereals, whole corn is not allowed), oat flour. I dry the nuts in the oven (mostly almonds, sometimes hazelnuts) and also flour. Buckwheat is only going through the preliminary, the rest is not always going through.

I unscrew the max immediately and everything very quickly. A kilogram of buckwheat in 3 minutes seems to be cut into flour, about 4 minutes into flour. If you need smaller, I drive it out again. The second run is even faster.
