And I really liked it. Today I baked in Tortilla with the leftovers from the refrigerator - a little boiled rice, a little fried mushrooms with onions and chicken breast. On Tortika the volume of dough is just perfect, thin layers of dough and a lot of filling. it turned out just very tasty!
I am not very friendly with jellied pies, that is, I baked many times and did not really like it, although the family ate it not badly. And this time, just wonderful!
Mirabel
what a gorgeous cake! As for 3 tomorrow I planned to have a curb.julia_bb, Yul, tell us more about how you prepared the filling.
julia_bb
Mirabel,
Vika, at first, sautéed the onion, then cut one breast fillet into small pieces and to the onion, salted and pepper, and added a little 10% cream (sour cream can be used). Yes, and threw a nutmeg. In total, I spent 10-15 minutes preparing the dressing.

sveta-Lana, Light, baked. Made a few mistakes. I smeared the bowl, as usual, to half. It turned out not enough. The top of the pie is stuck. When I shook it out to flip it, the top broke. Not critical, baked, the bottom turned out to be a little uneven. I did not make the filling according to my own rules. I cook chicken or turkey for pies in foil WITHOUT salt. I add salt to the filling. Yesterday I salted the turkey and baked it in foil. The result is a salty pie. In the next. I'll take into account all the mistakes.
Thank you for such a convenient version of the pie

sveta-Lana
Svetlana, it seems to me that any recipe should be customized to suit your taste, Elena has too much sugar in the recipe for my taste
and yesterday I baked it with potatoes and canned fish, it also turned out very tasty
I like that you can cook it quickly,
my nephew called me that he was coming now, so I made a quick mistake from what was
it can be classified as "guest on the doorstep"

Svetlana, baked a pie in MV Toshiba, put less salt and sugar (as planned). It turned out great. It is flatter than Fillet.

$ vetLana, great pie turned out,
but flat or thick, what's the difference, the main thing is that delicious
mamusi
sveta-Lana, Light, but it won't work with cabbage?
Nobody tried it girls?
sveta-Lana
Margarita, why not? I think you can take any filling, I baked with eggs and green onions, too, it turned out great
I also want to try to bake with sweet filling
so experiment
liliya72
Svetlana, I made sweet with cherry from compote - it turned out well.
I still sometimes replace kefir with milk, and plums. oil for vegetable, it is for the sweet version, even nothing.
sveta-Lana
Lily, I also once replaced butter with vegetable oil, there was no time to melt it, but I didn't do it with milk, I must try

I liked the recipe very much, I will do it often.
But I still can't turn it over gently
sveta-Lana
Olga, I'm glad that I liked the recipe, great pie!
But I still can't turn it over gently
I couldn’t get used to it either, but then I saw how in large cartoons people put in a double boiler and overturn it along with the bowl, then remove the bowl, turn the cake over, put the bowl back on and turn everything over together, the pie sits neatly into place, but ... Filka doesn’t have a double boiler and for this I adapted a bowl lid with a small indentation, just in the diameter of Filka’s bowl, now I don’t know grief, everything is easy and simple

Sveta, I recently had a sad experience with a large and heavy bowl of Toshiba. Here is such a revolution, as you described, and did. The result is sad: the pie is on the floor, I burned my hand. Now, on the advice of Tick Cirre, I'm looking at Tortilla to bake pies.
With Filia, of course, everything is easier
sveta-Lana

Svetlana, of course, you need to adapt so that there is no such sad result,
my niece with a 5-liter is well controlled, she immediately bought a Redmond handle for her, not the one that can be lifted by weight with one hand, but which with plastic handles moves apart, it is very convenient to turn it over, I also bought one for my Filka 4726, he 4 liters, I really like to use it, even just pull out the hot bowl.
while little Filka has a light bowl, I take a large towel when I need to turn it over.

sveta-LanaRecently I was just thinking of making a "charlotte" in a spicy meat version, and so your wonderful recipe turned up in time. Thanks for the idea!

I traditionally replaced kefir with whey, sugar - with curry and spicy cr. pepper, potatoes marinated for half an hour in soy sauce, instead of mushrooms I fried chicken breast (only a small piece was small, only 200 grams).
Fried in KhP in a glass tray on the "Soup" mode for 1 hour, then on the other side for another 20 minutes.
Delicious! Good but not enough.
I will increase the volume and refine the fillings, I have a thought I will try the "bourgeois" version hazel grouse with pineapple breast and canned pineapple.
If you get something worthwhile, then I'll post it in the topic of our HP.

it's a pity that there is no photo, it is interesting to see the result,
and in xn the top is not browned? in theory, it seems like it should, maybe it was necessary to try on Biscuit?

it's a pity that there is no photo, it is interesting to see the result,
I took pictures, but I have not yet distilled them into a computer, and the quality there seems to be not very good.
If it is more visible, I will post it here later.

While the top on Biscuit is reddened, the bottom will already burn, and on Soup the temperature seems to be lower, although I do not have a thermometer, I determined it by eye.
I was just afraid that the potatoes would remain with the cheese, and it was also interesting to try turning over, as it turned out to be a very good move - during the baking process, the top slightly cracked and when turned over, juice began to leak from there, and the bottom of the pie, which was at first the top, was saturated with this juice to make a delicious buttered crisp.
And on the Soup program, there is auto heating for an hour after the end of the program (this bonus is not stated in the instructions).
So it will be possible to make the pie thicker and bring to readiness without too much toasting.
I bring the cupcakes so that the crust is soft.
Mirabel
Svetlana, Svetochka! Thank you very much for the wonderful pie and filling recipe. But she baked the whole portion in the Miracle stove. Dare instantly, to me
only got a piece
