Cooking method

  • First, I filled the meat with water and left it, changed the water several times. Then I put everything in the multicooker bowl, poured about 1.5 liters of water, it turned out that the bowl was filled to the maximum. I switched on the jelly program, did not change the time, that is, for 58 minutes.
  • When the signal sounded, she carefully released the pressure, opened the lid and collected the fat, which was quite a lot. After that, I added onions, carrots, ginger, a few cloves, allspice, black peppercorns, bay leaves, salt. In general, you can add whatever you like. I closed it again and turned on the "jellied meat" program for 40 minutes. When everything was ready, I took out the meat and added grated garlic to the broth. While I was laying out the meat, the broth absorbed all the aromas, I filtered it and poured it into molds. The jellied meat froze in a few hours very well. It turned out delicious, try it yourself!

I decided to post this simple recipe for beginners like me, who recently became the owners of the Unit multicooker-pressure cooker, yesterday I asked questions about jellied meat myself ...
Next time I will try to shorten the time, but I will leave the principle of cooking in two stages, because I think that it turns out better.
