Divided into 4 cakes. She immediately rolled it out on paper, and baked it on it. I deviated a little from the recipe, I remembered that the top of the cake was covered with something incomprehensible to me))), so I had to learn how to cook fondant. It looks so-so, but very tasty.
About the cream. I decided to make it like Charlotte, but just in case I also cooked condensed milk. As a result, I curled up Charlotte! I missed all the inner cakes with them. And condensed milk cream just went for decoration. Jam used what it was - from lingonberry. It was soaked wonderfully, the cakes were not dry!
The cake turned out to be rather big, about 20x27 cm. It stood for 3 hours in the room, soaked, then in the cold. To be honest, I could not believe that we would eat all this, I thought about giving it away. But in fact, there are not so many guests left. The children liked it sooooo much. Started eating incredulously, and then asked for supplements several times

On the parchment I first draw the contours of the cake. Then I turn it over with parchment down, remove the rug and cut the edges according to the template. The cakes are perfectly shaped.
