Cod fish sticks in Steba DD1

Ingredients

cod fillet 600 g
chicken egg 1 PC.
sour cream 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Ulyab salt or others. taste

ghee for frying and sauce. 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop 4 pieces of white bread (I have homemade bread made with sourdough), sprinkle with Ulyap salt and dry in a frying pan greased with melted butter. I use a smear brush.

  • Form fish sticks or cutlets. Sticks fit well in the bowl.
  • Add a couple of tablespoons of ghee to the yolk (liquid, room T *), whisk into the sauce, add salt.
  • Grease fish fingers with this sauce before frying.
  • Roasting mode, non-stick bowl (grease with ghee), after the signal put the sticks out and fry on four sides. Turn over carefully. I made 6 sticks. They entered the bowl well, they all fit).
  • Switch off the program after frying or it will end by itself. You do not need to fry too much.
  • Add 1/2 mst of hot water or broth to the bowl and immediately close the lid. The valve is closed, program Fish 07 x 3 min. The lid will lock almost immediately. At the end of the program, let the pressure release.
  • Any garnish suitable for fish, You can prepare the sauce separately. Or make a house. mayonnaise. But the sticks are delicious anyway. It is very tasty and easy with green salad.

Note

The Ulyap or Adyghe salt contains spices and herbs. If there is no such salt at hand, then you can use regular salt and add spices to the fish.
