Now I'll tell you a "scary story"
Such "properties" of protection against leaks should be explicitly written in the instructions. If this happens somewhere "with them", the manufacturing company will have to compensate for the moral damage plus for the broken Chinese porcelain of the Ming dynasty. Just in case, I would check: open the turned off machine and pour in a glass of water. Actually, leakage protection means blocking the machine's operation when water enters the "engine room", from where no pump will pump it out.
mish
Oh, early I was delighted! .... Imagine, Today, for no reason, no reason, the car squeaked, the red signal blinked in the middle of the program. I open it (it has already washed off the product and was preparing to rinse it) - the signal stops, the sign "close the door" appears on the display, and the pump is still working, sucking out everything it can. I tried, like yesterday, to press the stop and turn off the program. It turned out, the squeak stopped - and the pump is still working. I put another one - and the pump still works. The board says "program is on", I close the door - no water is drawn, the blue signal is on, as usual at the beginning of work (like you can reload it), time goes by, but everything is still. The sound of a pump and nothing more! I stopped responding to pressing the touch buttons! I waited, waited ... nothing, only the pump fury ... I had to get all the dishes - wash by hand. And disconnect the machine from the outlet, otherwise the pump would not be turned off in any way. You plug the socket back in - it cuts in again. I’m sitting, almost crying! It's a shame straight! And it didn’t work for a week, but it’s written - the service life is at least 15 years!
I called the store, they advised me to write an application for an exchange. Here, I pored, wrote, just sent ... I sit and wait now, what's next. I got upset - I can't ...
zvezda
Hold on ... maybe she will rest and change her mind about breaking ??? In my opinion, someone already had such a problem ... or something like that ...
Nat_ka
In such cases, I first re-read the instructions in the section "problems and their elimination".
mish
What should she rest from? I haven't really worked yet. An answer letter that they accepted my application and a specialist will contact me has already arrived. I'm sitting here and sad. Thank you for the moral support, Star, my husband also hopes that these are some glitches, but even ate and so, it's a shame to get them on the second day of operation. And I already fell in love with her! And Jeffrey is right, such things should be written in the instructions. And oh, how I don't want a burden with expertise ...
Nat_ka, I have already learned this section by heart - everything that is close to my problem says "contact the service center". And the girl in the store advised me to write a statement to them first (well, they and their service are just profiled on Asko and official dealers). Let them come and sort it out.

I am very worried about you, and I hope everything will end well. In our area, the purchase of household appliances has been and remains a kind of lottery, and buying an expensive item of a famous brand does not mean a complete absence of problems, unfortunately. I thought about buying a new mobile phone, I liked Nokia very much, and yesterday I read the reviews of its "happy" owners, I immediately got overwhelmed ...

PySy, specially for mish fresh quote from, in my opinion in the subject ...
In general, I advise everyone who is thinking about purchasing PMM to take it! It's just a miracle, we charge it once a day in the evenings, it washes everything IMHO)) Just emotions like a child's over the edge of which I had not bought this miracle before
You will really understand the value of the PMM when it breaks. You will not understand how without
she lived.Having fixed it, you will experience incredible joy - much more than the joy of shopping.
mish
Jeffrey, you are absolutely right about everything.
In general, I called the service today, the master said that he would come in on Monday-Tuesday, but for now he recommended trying to tilt the machine, because, on his suspicion, there is water in the sump (the question is how it got there - and in his opinion, too), and then, if the car starts working, then drive it as many times as possible on different programs and watch what happens. My husband and I did just that. They rolled the car out from under the tabletop, tilted it forward - water poured out - only about half a glass poured out from somewhere below. They wiped the floor. Turned on the socket - the pump does not snort! programs are pressed! We put up the program again, which failed last time, and waited. I laundered it without comment, except that at the beginning of the program, something inside the machine clicked four times (like a relay - although electronics), and instead of the declared time, the machine spent ten minutes more (although the instructions say about this - that the machine shows the approximate time, which may vary slightly from different factors). We will continue to drive the car tomorrow. There is no enthusiasm for an unexpected fix - if it fills the pallet every five washes and you have to roll it out and empty it, then nafig it is necessary - it should not be so! And where did the water come from? I can't understand this! Are the seams poorly welded or something else? Brains are already on one side! But the buttons work fine ... so far fine ...
Jeffrey, can you tell me what it might be?
Faithful
It seems strange to me such a reaction of the machine to the water in the pallet ... Although there is logic in this, maybe in this way they want to save the renovation of the neighbors from below. But at least the error code could be written on the scoreboard?
what could it be?
Maybe somewhere some clamp is badly clamped (at best), a crack in a plastic part (at worst), in a tank - hardly, although anything can happen ... My friend got water from under the machine, he took it apart all, but it turned out that the tap was leaking, to which the hose was screwed ...
The diagnosis is simple: the pallet is unscrewed, the machine is put on the stools, turns on - and we look where it drips from ... But let the service technician do it while the machine is under warranty.
There is another point: the machine should be set almost at the level (in many instructions this is written). The door seal is not one hundred percent tight, and if there is even a slight tilt forward or to the side, water can slowly seep into the sump.
In any case, good luck to you! I hope it's nothing serious ...
mish
I continue my epic ...
In short, then it was like this: today, during the second wash, the car blinked again, beeped, like, overflow is writing again. My husband and I unplugged it from the outlet, again, according to the scenario, we drained the water by the tilt method (again about half a glass), and turned it on again - it works fine again. There was one moment - we tested it loose, that is, we did not drive it under the table and did not screw it to the side cabinets. Therefore, when they opened the door and rolled out the lower basket full of heavy dishes, the machine lost its balance and tilted forward, which caused the pump to rumble once during unloading. We decided to check if she reacted to such tilting in moments of looseness ... After draining the water at the end of the program (and we forced the machine to work in a row, without interruptions on programs with super rinse or for 1-1.5 hours), the dishes were pulled out together with my husband and did not allow the car to tilt (I did not want to fix it - the experiment is all the same, and suddenly it will have to be drained again ...). And what do you think ?! She signaled an overflow at the fourth sink from the previous failure !!! That is, there is definitely something leaking there: either a tank, or some kind of valve - I don't know! After draining the water, the buttons begin to work absolutely normally, that is, the electronics are still normal. In general, tomorrow we will continue to experiment in order to convey all this to the master on Monday-Tuesday.But, in my opinion, the result is already outlined - the FLOW of something. If not for this, then my happiness would not have been the limit, because while the car is not naughty, it is very quiet and washes well - in short, I liked it. And my husband too. But this disgrace ... anything, of course, happens, but ... somehow you don't usually count on such pearls!

mish In general, this whole story seems very strange to me.
How many cars were on sale, mainly AEG, Electrolux, Bosch, all the PMMs standing in the store inside with the rest of the water! This means that they are 100% controlled by water. So there can be no leak in principle! Unless, of course, the machine was not "killed" during transportation

At mish, water collects in more than one wash cycle, so the factory might not have noticed. I would first check where the drain hose connects. Is there no water on the floor? Only in the pallet?
sazalexter
And I would check the water connection!
Boo Boo

And I would check the water connection!
It is truth too.
Can't you start it in the extended state?
mish
Oh, there is a whole discussion while I operate my unit !!! I answer in order: First, there were initially traces of water inside, half-dried, but obvious traces of inspection. Second - We connected ourselves, according to the instructions, of course, but there is no doubt about what is connected correctly, because my husband is a heating-water supply-sewerage engineer - by itself he knows where all this is stuck due to the specifics of the profession (plumbers in our house does not happen, because the husband does everything himself: he connected the washing machine, pipes, sinks and so on without problems). Third - Boobu, all these days we start the car in the extended state. The result has already become clear and in general is as follows. There is no external water anywhere - not a drop. The machine washes 3-4 washes and that's it - the overflow is triggered. Then we disconnect it from the outlet, drain the water by tilting it forward, wipe the puddle and that's it - you can turn it on again for the same 3-4 sinks. And again all over again ... That is, it breaks down somewhere inside. Moreover, the puddle that we wipe off by tilting the car, always at room temperature and without signs of detergent - three sleeps of endless washes in a row - from morning to night - helped to establish this. That's it. Now the machine washes, but in fact, by this I just confirm the existing system of leaks - that is, already in full confidence that after three or four washes there will be water again in the sump and the overflow will work.

Yesterday I connected a new Bosch SRV 55T13 dishwasher - launched a quick program - water remained inside the filter. Today I started the auto program for 2 hours - after the end the dishwasher is full of water. What could be the problem? Clean new dishes from the store without stickers - the filter would not clog.
Jefry
Zubastik , I would start by cleaning the sewer pipes (this is sometimes useful anyway). Second, how is the drain hose connected? I had a gizmo with a tap for connecting washing machines or PMM in the kit to the sink, so there is no hole by default. So some people forget to punch a hole there, or make it too small. If you are "one hundred percent" sure that everything is in order with the sewer pipes, turn on the machine by inserting the drain hose into the basin. If in this case it is full of water, then there is a reason to find out how well the service center works.
It's time to write about the water inside the new dishwashers to "myth busters".I like the version that it is needed to maintain the ion exchanger in a viable state. After all, no one saw traces of water inside when buying a washing machine, it turns out that they are not checked for leaks?
Zubastik
Jefry, we moved to a new building - all the pipes are new, the drains are excellent. A separate drain is provided for the dishwasher, as well as for the washing machine. Moreover, it is higher than for a washing machine, but not higher than 90 cm according to the instructions.
We also connected the dishwasher ourselves - the craftsmen did not call. Is this a reason for denying the warranty? I bought all the equipment in Moscow, although I myself live in Khabarovsk, because here the equipment costs just unrealistic money - the same dishwasher for 10,000 rubles. expensive. I'm thinking about what to do now ...

Zubastik, in my washing machine (though I have Indesit), after the end of any program, water remains inside the filter, at the beginning of the next wash you can hear that the pump starts to work and pumps some amount of water into the sewer, then water just starts to be collected for washing dishes ...

And "full of water": does the water remain not only in the filter, but also in the car?
Zubastik
Lenusya, so far I have tried two programs - fast 45 degrees and automatic. On the fast water, the water remains only in the filter - I tried it three times already, and for the third time I connected the drain hose to the channel for the washing machine - it is lower - and there was even less water in the filter itself.
But on the automatic program, water remains in the machine itself, and there is a lot of it. I tried this program only once. Now I'm testing the 70 degree program.
I didn't see anything left in the filter at all. Before buying, I studied cars from two friends - electrolux and Bosch. Both have always clean inside the filter and no water.
Teen_tinka
Zubastik, I also have a Bosch dishwasher, and .. there is almost always water in the filter ... which, however, does not prevent her from washing dishes for 6 years without breakdowns ... I honestly took this water for granted ..
Zubastik
Teen_tinka, and there is water in the machine itself? Or just inside the filter?
Teen_tinka
no, there is only water in the filter ... there has never been inside ... Zubastik
Hairpin
Toothbrush!
1. Happy birthday!
2. I have a Bosch 55T13 - built-in. There is no water at the bottom. Yuzayu 45 and auto. I did not consider the water in the filter itself. If there is a lot of powder, foam may remain.
3. When they arrived, she was wet inside. That is, they are being checked.
4. Photo after 45 or do you need a car?
Zubastik
Hairpin, Hi!!!
Thank you for your congratulations.
Photos are needed - I'll write you in a personal!
Hairpin
1. Foam at the bottom, if I fill the powder compartment with a full compartment;
2. Wet dishes, if they are plastic or something like that;
3. The protein after the broth is not washed off;
4. If the dish contains more than ... four liters of water, it stops. Well, if some pan turned over;
5. I don't remember the water at the bottom ...
6. At first I used all all programs, now 45 and auto;

Why don't you want to follow the advice Jeffrey... Disconnect the hose from the tap and substitute the bucket? In the same place, 12 liters, will not flood. Well, the patency of the crane can be believed ... well, pour it there with a burst of the jet, probably ...

Jeffrey, am I saying everything correctly? Well, I'm retelling ...

Zubastik
I don’t understand why pour it into a basin if everything is in order with the canal? Jeffrey writes to do this if there are problems with the canal, but they are not! It seems to me that it might be the pump ....?
Hairpin
To be sure that the problem is in the pump! The fact that the house is new does not mean at all that the pipes are in order.
I didn't really understand the steps with replacing the hose and the washer.
Zubastik
The pipes are definitely in order - we made them ourselves, because there was no wiring.
About the actions with replacing the hose and the washer - the point is that the drain into the channel for the washer is practically on the floor, and for the dishwasher it is much higher. So we tried to rearrange the hose lower so that the drain according to physical laws was better. It helped a little - there was less water in the filter, but I have not tried the program where I received a lot of water right in the machine with this installation option. In general, according to the instructions, the drain hose can be raised 90 cm, i.e.build it into the sink drain, but with this option, I probably won't drain anything at all.
And yet - does your drying dry well? Only the dishes themselves come out dry, well, of course the plastic is wet. But the grates (baskets) and the dishwasher itself are wet. You take a plate, touch the basket and it is all in drops. I tried to open it during the drying operation - a lot of steam does not come out, it is not visible at all, it just floats like from warm water. My sister has a dishwasher, a condensation dryer, if you open it at this time, the steam comes in a white club, there is definitely a hundred degrees. After drying everything is dry - even basket rails.

1. I have it connected this way.
2. I don’t know if it dries well or not ... The plates, spoons, cups are dry, but I didn’t feel the baskets ...

Maybe, really, the pump ... Or what is stuck inside and the pump cannot break through ...
Zubastik
then tomorrow I will disassemble - watch the pump
sazalexter
Zubastik Duc is under warranty! And if it is an electronic unit?
Jefry
Hairpin, everything is correct.
Is it easier to "see the pump" than to disconnect the drain hose and put it in a basin? I doubt it. By the way, no more than 3 liters of water is poured out at a time, and a basin is recommended, because the pressure can be strong and can be "oh".
Although, if on other programs the water runs out normally, and on Auto there is "a lot" of it, most likely it did not merge at all and it looks more like a controller glitch. There was one batch of typewriters for which they forgot to sew one program. All worked, but one did not turn on at all. Maybe this one "forgets" to drain the water at the end? Oh, figured out what to do Zubastik: pour water into the machine, select any program and do not close the door, but put something thin into the hole of the latch. The machine will turn on and all programs will start with a drain. This is from a series of "bad advice", so I really do not recommend doing this in the middle of the cycle, if you do not want to take a hot shower right in the kitchen.
Water in the filter is normal, and the higher the drain hose is lifted, the more it will be.
mish
Here I am with the continuation of my story. A master came, it turned out that a container for condensate was flowing (it is so plastic, it is attached to the side behind a metal plate). It flows from somewhere inside, that is, they could not hit the car during transportation or somehow else, and the packaging was intact. In general, the master gave me an act of technical condition, where I wrote in my wishes that I wanted to replace the car. Because waiting for the part to arrive and disassembling half of the machine for its installation is easier to hang. They called me back from the store when they received all these documents from the service from me and offered an exchange, but .... the fact is that at the moment they only have two of the same models (and I want exactly the same - money- already paid) and both with damaged packaging, i.e. a markdown. I said that I was ready to wait a couple of weeks (as I was told - the girl was going to clarify this), but to get a new car. Here I am waiting for the call, specifying when the new delivery will be. I've been waiting for two days ...
Fnezhinka
Zubastik, here the girl also had the same problem with Bosch SRV55T13EU, they also connected themselves
girls can tell me, we turned on the dishwasher, and when she washed, there was water at the bottom.
How to drain this water.
found already, there was no hole in the connecting pipe from the siphon to the drain.

So Jefry is right:

sazalexter
tomochka Here's a comparison for you 🔗 in principle, both models are decent. assembly in Italy ...

Thank you! Still, I did not find a big difference between these dishwashers. So I'll take a cheaper one.

Jefry, please explain again why to drain the water into the basin if everything is in order with the canal 100%? I can't figure it out
Look at the pump - I meant to unscrew the lid where the pump is and look for blockages, as the instructions say you need to do if there is water.
Fnezhinka, thanks for the info, but this concerns the method of connecting the sink to the siphon, and I have a separate channel for the dishwasher. There, all the holes are made as it should.
Jefry

Jefry, please explain again why to drain the water into the basin if everything is in order with the canal 100%? I can't figure it out
A basin is a usual algorithm of actions of service workers in case of symptoms "water does not drain". Especially for you I offer the simplest thing: pour water into the turned off machine (about 3 liters), turn it on to any program and close the door. The pump should start working immediately. When you hear that the pump has turned off, open the door and look at the result of its operation ...
Look at the pump - I meant to unscrew the cover where the pump is and look for blockages
This could have been done before writing a message here ... After all, we thought that the water did not go away with a clean filter ...
Zubastik
so I did not understand the meaning of draining the water, well, sometimes it drains well, and sometimes water remains at the bottom of the car, well, it will drain me once again normally, and what is the conclusion from this? I can't catch the reason why she sometimes does not drain the water at the end ...
and the filter is of course clean - the machine is new, I’m not talking about the filter, but about access to the place after the filter (which I don’t know there may yet be another filter) - suddenly a drunk German (which of course doesn’t happen) put some trash there
The latter, of course, I described figuratively, I just ran into such a problem in a big washing machine ...
in general, I haven’t climbed anywhere yet, put it on the floor with a canal and the drain seems to be like it should be, now I’m thinking how to leave the hose in the place where the washing machine should merge and why the dishwasher gives out such tricks if the hose is a little higher, and slightly higher and the tricks are not constant ...
Jefry
Zubastik, a normally operating pump should create a pressure of the order of one and a half to two meters of water column. Here the performance can be determined by lifting the basin. Below the water level in the machine, the hose cannot be lowered either, everything will flow out by gravity (I'm talking about put the canal on the floor). By the way, I read your messages and all the time I remember Boyarsky in The Three Musketeers. There is only one filter in the machine, then there is a drain pump and a check valve. And this filter can get clogged in a new typewriter at the very first dishwashing, if there are a lot of scraps on the plates. About sometimes, the first thing that comes to mind is the voltage in the outlet, maybe it is less than 200? Then the pump in such conditions does not have to pump anything out.
sazalexter
The network is noisy that the new Boshi suffer from undervoltage
In general, it is strange that the equipment supplied to Russia does not take into account our conditions
Zubastik
Jefry, but about electricity, this is an idea we have, after all, a new building is almost unpopulated and the electricity does not work permanently, or rather the house is not officially connected yet - "snot" hangs around the house, maybe that's really the point!
Zubastik
sazalexter, really, and from the lowered one I bought a Bosch washing machine and thought that it was dangerous for the drops and increased, I thought to protect myself with an elementary surge protector ... my idea collapsed? I read a lot that their brains are burning because of our instability in the electrics, but for some reason I attributed this only to increased voltage!
sazalexter
Zubastik It does not break from a low one, it just does not work. A filter will not help here, only an electronic or electronic-mechanical stabilizer
Lenusya
Indeed, in winter, in the evenings, especially when the mains voltage is low, the dishwasher cannot drain the water regardless of the cycle (sometimes after washing, sometimes after rinsing) - the pump gets up and shows an error. The first time she scooped up, waited until it dries out until the next day, was glad that in the morning she worked as if nothing had happened. For a long time I could not understand what was wrong with her, until it dawned on me that all the stops happen at low voltage, as a rule, in the evening (at such moments, even the microwave hums so plaintively and hysterically)
Now I put on the timer so that in the morning I wash the dishes or when I hear that it starts to pop out (it is clear from the sound that it cannot drain the water) - I run and turn off everything I can - sometimes I have time and the program continues
sazalexter
Here is some food for thought about the hobby for "quick wash" with cold water, short programs and cost savings in PMM.
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/s-image/545/topic.cgi?id=47:9392-17
quote:
In general, the chamber (inside the case, under the bottom), which is responsible for the operation of the pneumatic water level indicator, is clogged with fat (this is actually almost FAT, very thick mucus) (the signal "enough water, enough to pour" goes through it) The level detector does not work, the pump overflows the water, and the aquastop is already triggered (through the drainage water enters the machine body, where all the devices are caught by the "float") to shut down the machine and pump out the water.

We take out the camera, clean it (there are two entrances / exits, direct the stream of water and gradually wash out the fat; you can fill in the "Fairy"), put it back. Miracles, the car is like new!

The most interesting thing is that this camera does not really have any protection against fat (except for the general coarse mesh)! That is, we are provided with a stable clogging in 2-3 years.

Perhaps, you need to drive the car more often at more severe washing modes (70 degrees), but I always use the "quick wash" (40 minutes, 50 degrees; the result is good) in order to better melt the fat. Perhaps you need to rinse the dishes before washing from fat (but the point of existence of the PMM then? Absurd).
