I found that KM 084 and 086 seem to have replaced: (I wonder how much they cost?
Marihuna, can I get more details? I found information about these machines only on the office site. Do we have them somewhere?
And how did you calm yourself down? The fact that the 70th is no longer there, and the 86th is still in the project) For example, I urgently need a gift for a wedding. We stopped at the 70th.
Now there is porridge in my head)))
Deep
And, I found everything, and you can order it there! Thank you!

(I wonder how much they cost?

The price is there! 10 499 UAH (KM086)
Marihuna
I reassured me that having climbed the entire official site, I found that in almost all countries (there is a switch for them at the top right), the KM070 is the very top model. Except for Germany (there 084 and 086) and Spain (there 070 and 089). I haven't found the first ones on sale AT ALL. but 089 can be bought in Spain. I watched the video, the differences from 070 did not see the principle. Maybe it's just different numbering for different countries.
This is the first thing. Second, I received an official response from the Kenwood Service Center:
"... Specially for you we have specified:

- mixing bowl for 070 model - only
ONE (metal)

- plastic bowl - included in the set of ICE CREAM - and not
intended for other purposes (and serves as a stand for
coolant nozzles)

- KM070 is the latest KENWOOD model. But the fact that ,
some store CANNOT deliver them = characterizes only
them, not KENWOOD ...

- and the last note - all attachments that
MOUNTED from above / or from the side = are
universal and suitable for both the CHEF and the MAGER.
And only from the bottom side into the socket with the planetary gear
= all attachments are DIFFERENT and do not fit in diameter (and height
buckets too). "

Vooot ... So the doubts about the purchase have already disappeared, but about the compatibility of the ice maker and potato peeler from Major with this model, they remained and cause some frustration - because it was these 2 nozzles that I wanted to try in the first place :( Last phrase servicemen is not clear to me, so I sent another letter and am waiting for the final verdict
Marihuna
I did not see any fundamental difference for myself. It remains only to find out the issue with the compatibility of attachments
Deep
There will be new tips for them, I think. But maybe the old ones will do too. Kolich tried on old nozzles for his 70s. We need to consult with him - what exactly fits. But, for example, a food processor and a glass blender are already under different numbers: AT 647 and AT 358 (it was AT 640 and AT 338)
Marihuna
Not quite under different numbers, these are completely different attachments, especially the food processor. By the way, I like it more - there are more graters, and in 640 there are now only 3 discs. The glass blender is again also controversial - it seems like a plus in the fact that you see what kind of beauty it turns out there, but on the other hand, it is heavier than stainless steel. But I don't really need a blender at all. Here you will have to buy a grater for the 640th somewhere.
The answer came from the service center, I finished them. In short, everything is fine - everything is interchangeable for Major and KM 070. It's just that he is also called Chief. Hence, there is some confusion.

And now I have one more question for those who made mashed potatoes in KM 020 (023, 010). What attachment do you use for chopping potatoes? In the description of AT 320 (sieve-wiping) it is written just that it is for mashed potatoes and other things. Do you use it?
TaTa *
Sometimes I rub it through a sieve, or you can rub it with a rubberized stirrer
Marihuna
that is, I cooked potatoes in a bowl and a stirrer for sauces? Because only she is rubberized as far as I saw in the pictures. What is better then? And then how to rub this sieve for me, probably so far only for potatoes and need. And if the mixer included in the kit can handle it, then why waste money?
Well, about the high-speed grater. I studied the forum and did not make any definite conclusions for myself which one is better - AT998 or AT 340.I saw comparative pictures and, purely visually, I liked 340 more, but somehow the holes at the disc grater are too small. The 998 is attracted by the presence of a disc with digestible holes for tapping. But it's too cumbersome compared to the 340.
Someone used that and that - where the cabbage for pickling (pickling) is chopped "more pleasant" (size)? And the carrot rubs like a grater we are used to - not too small and not too coarse? Bean shredder is not interested ..
And yet, the mouth from which the crushed product flies out at 340 is much narrower (flatter) is it convenient? Nothing gets stuck there?

I know that now 998 is almost impossible to get, but I saw it a couple of times in Vasko ru in stock. Then again she disappeared, and then she reappeared. In short, it happens, but rarely.
Pilgrim73
I am making mashed potatoes with a K-bar. It turns out well. As for the other attachments, there is a topic Kenwood Kitchen Machine-we work with attachments, there is a detailed report of the girls about all attachments.
panteracat
Marihuna, earlier we bought the AT 998 RK 2 attachment because it has one more disc and this attachment cost 2 times cheaper than the AT 340. But, of course, 340 is more interesting in appearance. In the topic about nozzles, I posted a photo of these two nozzles along with disks (graters). So, if you can find now AT 998 at a price less than 340, then it makes sense to take it.
panteracat
At the expense of the AT 320 wiper sieve attachment, it is a very useful attachment. Sometimes you have to rub some berries, tomatoes. And also sift flour, rub cottage cheese. I have never regretted buying this attachment.
TaTa *
I absolutely agree with panteracat, plus by rubbing the potatoes through a sieve, you get a more fluffy and homogeneous mass, it is especially beautiful to serve on the table.
Marihuna
Girls, can anyone tell me how much the weight of KM 020 or 023 was together with the box and the attachments included in the box set? I'm trying to calculate the total weight when transported across the border - there is a quota of up to 50 kg (import to Russia by car), and I wanted to grab a bunch of nozzles :( As I understood the weight of the KM 020 machine itself is 9.7 kg. But there is a bunch of all sorts of bells and whistles to it. So all 15 kg will probably be. And I have a car weight (070) 13.6 kg + a box with all the contents + additional attachments. In short, I hope that we will manage to keep within 50 kg, but the duty-free amount is 1500 I doubt it: (Moreover, I do not know how the Russian border guards determine this amount - by checks or by market value? In the second option, everything is not predictable at all, they can take European prices, but they are more natural ...
Mamakoshka
I'm also considering buying a Kenwood kitchen machine. Anyone using the KENWOOD KMC 560 06? Share your impressions.
Marihuna
Maybe it was somewhere already, I can't find it, I got a meat grinder attachment today. The harvester will only be available next Tuesday, so I can't check it yet. And I found the attachment cheaper than anywhere else, I could not resist and ordered ...
Well, the sites indicate the AT950A marking for Chef and Major machines, looked closely - and I have AT950B and it is also written for Chef and Major.
So I sit now and worry - what if it doesn't work?
Maybe someone has information on marking with the letter "B"? What is the difference then? I examined it all, well, 1 in 1 like AT950A in the pictures. The only explanation is that this is just a slightly outdated model. Maybe it will turn worse? It's probably stupidity, but who knows, maybe there are some nuances :(

I think you just don't have parts for stuffing sausages, so the letter is different and cheaper, it should work.
Marihuna
There are details for stuffing - there is a whole set in the pusher :)) Well then, probably everything is in order

Anyone using the KENWOOD KMC 560 06? Share your impressions.
I have been using it for 2.5 years. I am very satisfied. Constantly in use.In terms of volume and power, I have enough of it (there are 3 of us in the family, so I don't knead the dough with kilograms). Over time, I bought the attachments I needed. Now I'm thinking about a cereal mill.
And I also have a question for those who have both an AT 340 vegetable cutter and an AT 643 grater-slicer in stock. The fact is that I have an AT 340, but my wonderful husband very deftly put a spatula somewhere, which is a grated product from throws out the bowls. And now it is extremely inconvenient to use it. For reasons of economy, I wanted to buy AT 643. By the principle of work, it seems to me that they are the same. Or is AT 340 better?
Marihuna
In general, my beloved husband brought me a "birthday present" - Kenwood KM070 + some nozzles. Bought in Kiev.
First impressions are handsome, of course. It takes up little space in a small kitchen. The attachments of course "ate" most of the space. They did not dare to get them out of the boxes, at least everything on the topic is laid out there. And if you put all of them in lockers, then all the details will mix. There will be a mess. But most of all I was struck by the dimensions of the whisk and stirrers. They simply cannot be placed in a kitchen drawer (small in size) as previously planned. Maybe someone has an original solution for storing accessories in a small kitchen space? Maybe you can hang them up to the rails?

All attachments suitable for the size of KM 020 (023) combines fit unconditionally - checked yesterday on everything that was additionally ordered.
The first thing I will probably test it on (more precisely, induction heating) is the preparation of eggplant caviar. True, only on weekends - there is absolutely no time yet. Well, I would also like to check if this miracle machine can make our favorite custard. My heart senses that this may not be entirely possible - without a steam bath, the cream may slightly burn. This is still a fix idea. You probably just need to find the right temperature. I'll try to start at 70 degrees. I am not a pastry chef, so I do everything at random, by typing a boom. Can someone tell me what the temperature should be so that there is no 100% burning of the cream? Of course, mixing will be required.

If someone is interested, the weight of the box with the combine and the attachments included in the kit (and these are mixing attachments, a double boiler, AT640, a steel blender, a spray cover + a cover for heat treatment, paddles, a rug and a scraper) - 30 kg.
Box dimensions - width 69, depth 54, height 57cm. Compact enough. The set included a disc, an instruction (including, oddly enough, in Russian), a recipe book (beautiful, thick in hardcover, but useless due to its publication in Polish).
In general, I am happy as an elephant. I hope that SUCH car can do EVERYTHING and even more
Now it remains to study the forum more closely regarding the best recipe for dumplings, homemade sausages, ice cream and other sweets.

Hello girls. There is only one question. Does the meat grinder still chop meat? or makes a pate. I say right away that I read the entire branch, half says that it is pate, half that it chops. So you all understand the word "pate" differently, or do you use everything differently? or because of the quality of workmanship, it either chops or makes a paste?
kseniya D
A meat grinder, like an ordinary classic meat grinder, has three discs with different hole sizes. Whichever disc you put in, you get the output. With the largest holes, like minced meat, with the smallest, you will probably get almost a paste. For cutlets, I use medium holes.
natushka
Compared to a manual meat grinder and an old electric pâté I have. I took different meat, without films, thawed, slightly frozen, different speeds - all the same, pate. The knife is sharp, the grill is medium. I haven't tried a large one yet. What was the matter did not understand. I do not like.
Pinky
And on my middle lattice it is coarsely meat. It's still a bit big for me. The husband says that just right - there is something to chew on. But I actually like smaller ones. I haven't done it on a small one yet, I think there will be pate. I want to try it for chicken fillet. And on the middle one it is perfectly cut.The meat flies out, just have time to put it in. You don't even have to take it off the grate with a spoon - it climbs out very well. I haven't tried the sausage grill yet.
Martin
Well, what is it ... for me, it is exclusively THIS property that is important ... What whips well is understandable. The dough sheeter is wonderful - also understandable ... but the meat grinder ...
kseniya D
I am just defrosting the minced meat rolled through the middle wire rack. It doesn't look like a paste at all.

Thanks for the answer. I already broke my head what to buy. I can't find such a model like yours, they say they are no longer imported to Russia due to low demand. Found 560 02 it comes without a blender, but fortunately there is an opportunity to buy attachments. Of course the 010 model is very good, but I don't need a meat grinder or a juicer, and now they have a cosmic price tag.
Mamakoshka
kseniya D, tell me more, does your model have a K-shaped nozzle?
Now on the website of the Media Market I saw the Kenwood KMM 760 model, there is no meat grinder and juicer in the package bundle, which is what I need, but I did not find any reviews for this model. if there are owners of this car here, please respond?
kseniya D

If I am not mistaken, the 560 models are all the same, differ only in the initial configuration. I had a "naked" car. Dough beaters only.
Does your model have a K-piece?
Yes, only it is not rubberized. Once upon a time I met in the Internet shops a set of corollas like 010 models. I never bought it. I manage with my own

of course, I meant the complete set, I thought you had the 06 model already with a blender. Do you make shortbread or chopped dough in it? I mainly need a car for pastry purposes, proteins, creams and different types of dough from yeast to chopped. God, how difficult it is to make a choice, I'm already exhausted all
kseniya D
Unfortunately, I am not a strong pastry chef. I knead the yeast dough for bread and pastries. I also kneaded the sand. The whites and cream whisk well. But everyone has different criteria. Again, that's okay for me.
I have a blender, but of all the attachments, it turned out to be the most unclaimed. For all the time I have used it 3-4 times.
Mamakoshka
Girls and boys, I still have this question: is the AT 640 food processor nozzle suitable for the Priemier series machines, in particular the KMM 760?
Martin
Xenia - did I understand correctly that a dough sheeter and a meat grinder and so on are suitable for your model?

Blender - A pitcher makes lazy mayonnaise great. When I didn't have bamix yet, I made mayonnaise in it, there was no case that mayonnaise did not work out.

Do you have a medium speed slot for it? KM010 has 4 sockets, one specially for this attachment.
kseniya D
Xenia - did I understand correctly that a dough sheeter and a meat grinder and so on are suitable for your model?
Yes that's right. Only the AT 640 attachment is not suitable.
Margit, we just use very little mayonnaise. How much homemade mayonnaise is stored?

Martin
Xenia - what instead of her?
kseniya D
AT 640 set includes discs for shredding and slicing and a knife for chopping-chopping. Exactly these shredding discs are included with the AT 340 attachment that fits my car. And I can do without a chopping knife.
Martin
And if, for example, you need to make mashed berries ... or grind vegetables into adjika, caviar. What can be used in your machine? Xenia, thanks for the answers and sorry for sticking. For me, this whole topic is still new and not everything fits into my head at once.
kseniya D
You will make the puree from the berries through a sieve-rubbing AT 992. I pass vegetables through a meat grinder for adjika. In fact, 340 is more convenient than 640 because there is a non-stop process if you need to process a lot of product. And at 640 you will have to stop the process and clean the bowl, and then chop the next batch.
Xenia, thanks for the answers and sorry for sticking.
It's okay than I can help you.
Martin
understandably. trying to make a list of what I would need to do on this machine ... I can't figure it out ... Yours is cheaper. 010 is more expensive, but this is how I understood it and is more functional ...
kseniya D
more functional ...
010 is powerful and has a slot for 640 nozzles. There are no more nozzles for this socket (as far as I know). All other nozzles are identical.
Martin
Somehow rubbing through a sieve scares me ... they wrote above that not ah
kseniya D
I rubbed berries only in small quantities. Did not process large volumes. But I often grind cottage cheese for cheese cakes and pastries. I didn't like mashed potatoes. At the exit, it turned out as if rubber, although initially I bought a rub for this purpose.
Martin
Now ... I don't need mashed potatoes, I don't grind the cottage cheese either ... the child has already grown) there are also few berries ... but the squash-eggplant caviar) or adjika ... you don't need grinding for it ... you just need to grind ... I’m in the old combine with this round knife ...
kseniya D
I ground squash caviar (like a store one) in a blender. But the eggplant, I love being in pieces, so I ground it with an ordinary hand blender.
Yes, Martina, you have a difficult choice. I think that it doesn't matter until you try it yourself, you never know if you needed this attachment or not. I decided for a long time, then gradually bought. As a result, only three attachments are in constant use. the rest mostly lie or are used according to the season (for example, an ice cream maker).
Martin
And the blender ... You said it was useless - no? I really need a dough sheeter ... I don't need to heat up and bake anything - so at least 020 is definitely not needed))) I'm happy with the bread maker. But rub the carrots, wind the minced meat, beat the pancakes, grind something small - not coffee ... this is what you need
kseniya D
Not that it's useless, it's just that I rarely use it. I do not cover the squash caviar, but I make it to eat, so it is rare. I do not use the dough roll too often, but I would not refuse it. In small quantities I grind in AT 320.
Kolich
Uhhhhh I don't know whether to be sad or pushing)))
but my kesha has suffered from illness ...
1) When using a citrus press, the nozzle begins to turn away from the nest on the go, it happens like this, turn on the cache, then cut the orange in half, take a half and press on the spinner in the bowl, as a result, it starts to turn away itself !!!! NOZZLE !!!!, what the hell? I didn't understand, but it happened 3-4 times after using this AT312 attachment, we decided for the sake of interest to order plastic for the socket (through a dealer in Germany), maybe we think it’s loose, the burger for the next purchase decided to give me a gift and presented a NEW AT312 nozzle, in the end we think it’s different !!! that thread will do!
everything came to me, put the plastic on the socket, putting on the old attachment AT312-unscrews, I think I'll try the new mechanism from AT312, put iiiiii ..... Oh !!!! MIRACLE!!!!! DID NOT HAPPEN!!!!!
now I'm generally lost what is going on with the caches ??
2) Next, jokes with the AT641 juicer, so at the start it emits a crunch, as if something interferes with it, it spins and crunches like a stable periodic crunch goes in a circle, as the nozzle goes around ...also scratching my head .... (((((
These are the jokes, the citrus press is especially interested, no one unscrews it when squeezing the juice?
Now it's just a question, my wife and I decided to try the dough rolling, it didn't fucking work, I think maybe the dough was not uniform ??? because as soon as it starts to pass it, so there are holes in the dough in all places, or are we using it incorrectly?
