Ingredients

Dough:
Fresh yeast 10 g
Wheat flour 300 g
Water 100 g
Potatoes 250 g
Egg 1 PC
Vegetable oil 4 tbsp. l.
Filling:
Hard boiled eggs 2 pcs.
Sour cream 25 g
Brynza 200 g
Fresh dill 1 \ 2 bundles
Sprinkling:
Sesame (optional)

Cooking method

  • Boil potatoes in uniform, or cook in a double boiler. I draw your attention to the fact that it is necessary to cook potatoes in their uniforms. I once cooked peeled. As a result, I was tortured to add flour. Of course I saved the pie, it was even tasty, but the dough was completely different. Cool until warm, crush into puree, mix with water and egg. Pour HP into the bucket
  • Grind yeast with sugar. Pour on top. Add vegetable oil. Top with flour, salt. "Dough" mode. The gingerbread man will be sticky and slightly smeared along the bottom. You don't need to add flour, otherwise the dough will taste denser.
  • At the end of the program, place the dough on a floured table and divide into two parts.
  • Cover the baking dish with paper. Put one part in a mold, sprinkle with flour and distribute with your hands over the mold.
  • Put the filling on top, not reaching 1 cm to the edge.
  • Place the second half of the dough on top. Spread over the entire mold (hands can be moistened with warm water).
  • Cover with a towel, put on the stove (for 30-40 minutes). Preheat the oven to 220C.
  • Grease the cake that has come up with milk, sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional).
