Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
Yeast 1.5 tsp.
Panifarin 1 tbsp. l.
Rye malt 2 tbsp. L. (I put it with a slide)
Agram 2 tsp
Dry mashed potatoes (flakes) 1.5 tbsp. l.
Ground coriander 2/3 st. l.
Caraway 1/3 Art. l.

Cooking method

  • Baked in the main mode (I have Hitachi) for 3 hours 50 minutes. The dough has risen well, the bread is completely baked.

Almost everything is according to the recipe, I didn't add Agram, I don't have it.
Instead of kefir, I took fermented baked milk. Instead of caraway seeds - dill seeds.
I didn't follow the kolobok, but it seemed like he was rather dry.
When the roof was lifted, I noticed that when baking had already started, I smeared it with an egg already in the first minutes of baking.

I want to say - this bread tastes amazing.
The crumb is soft, elastic and resilient. And the aroma is what you need.

Has already baked twice.

The second time I added instead of 1 tbsp. l. panifarina 2st. l.
And I also added half a pod of red hot pepper.
The result is a piquant taste, complex, pleasant aroma.
