Salad with Brussels sprouts, green beans and lightly salted trout

Ingredients

Brussels sprouts - frozen or fresh 100-200 g
Green beans, frozen or fresh 100-200 g
Boil the egg 2 pcs.
Lightly salted trout
you can use other fish
a few slices to taste
Green salad - packaged, salad mix
Red onion 1.5-1 pcs.
Garlic 1-2 teeth
Chop parsley 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 2-3 st. l.
Lemon 1 \ 2 pcs.
Butter 20-30 g
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • - Cut the onion into strips, pour 1 tbsp. l fragrant vinegar, mash and marinate.
  • - Boil cabbage, green beans in salted water with vegetable spices or Provencal herbs (pinch). Throw in a colander.
  • - Heat the butter in a frying pan, add the soy sauce, add the cabbage and let the cabbage sweat and soak in the goodies, stirring it. If you need to add salt and ground pepper.
  • - mix in a bowl (salad bowl) lettuce, beans, cabbage, onion, egg (cut), trout.
  • - Make a gas station. Pass the garlic through a press, add olive oil, lemon juice, parsley. To taste.
  • - Add dressing to salad and stir. Add a little more vegetable oil if needed.
