You will need:

Wheat flour (in dough - 500g; for burning 20g) - 520 g
Milk (in dough) - 360 ml
Butter (in dough) - 60 g
Sugar (in dough) - 30 g
Salt (in dough) - 10 g
Yeast (dry instant, in dough) - 8 g
Bacon (sliced, stuffed) - 350 g
Hard cheese (I have Chechil straws, you can take mozzarella in the filling) - 150 g
Vegetable oil (for lubricating the mold) - 1 tsp.

How to cook:

1. Immediately make a reservation that the diameter of my baking dish is 25 cm, if your baking dish has a smaller diameter, then less dough will be required. I prepare the dough, as usual, using a bread machine, but you can cook it in the usual way. I pour warm milk into a bucket of a bread machine, add yeast and leave it for 5-10 minutes. I add sifted flour, salt, sugar, softened butter. I put the bucket in the bread maker, turn on the dough kneading mode.

2. I let the dough increase in volume by 2-3 times.

3. Divide the dough into 7 equal parts.

4. Form balls from them.I cover them with foil and let them rest for 10-15 minutes.

5. Using flour to burn, roll out a small circle from one piece of dough.

6. I fold the dough from above to the middle.

7. Then I fold the dough from the bottom to the middle.

8. Then use a rolling pin to roll out a strip of dough, slightly wider than the bacon slice.

9.Using a knife, I make cuts along the edge of the dough strip after about 0.7-1 cm.

10. For the filling, I used slices of bacon (not quite thin slices that are sold in vacuum packaging, but bought a piece in the store and asked to cut it on a slicer) and this delicious Chechil cheese into strips.

11. I put bacon on a strip of dough (I took one whole slice and another slice). I put cheese on the edge of the strip of dough with bacon.

12. And I fold the strip into a roll.

13. It turns out such a "flower". I shape the rest of the dough in the same way.

14. Grease the mold with vegetable oil, evenly lay the "flowers" from the dough.

15. I cover the cake with a film and let it increase in volume by about 1.5-2 times.

16. I bake the pie in an oven preheated to 170-180 degrees for about 45 minutes, if the top is very brown, cover it with foil and bake further.
