Apparently, according to the oil test, it settled. As a result, he did not rise well. On the next I put it in parts and helped with a finger and immediately pulled it, it turned out well. Maybe someone will come in handy ... Poured on top not with chocolate, but with icing, since I was still baking "cherries in chocolate", the icing was warm, as a result the meringue became wet, although it was dry before. It was delicious.

Once I made cakes with meringues in a detachable form, so the sides turned out to be excellent even, smeared with a thin layer of cream and decorated. But now, for some reason, the meringue did not rise evenly on the sides. But, the cream managed to hide the irregularities. Also this time the meringue was moving away from the cake. I don't understand what's the matter. Last time I made dough with butter, this time with margarine. Maybe this is the case?
The dough and proteins were divided into 4 parts. From 3 layers, 26 cm in diameter, we got the main cake, decorated - weighing 2.1 kg. The remaining 4th part was divided in half and turned out to be a small, 18 cm diameter cake for home. Now I'll try to attach a photo.

I started to collect the cake and screwed up)) ) put nuts on the first layer, not on the second ((but today I mixed all the nuts with crumbs (I evened out the cake, the crumb turned out) with butter and condensed milk (I took an additional 50-100 grams from the norm, honestly did not even look at everything rather 50) nuts and crumbs into a blender, then all this into a mixer and sticky mamma covered all the edges, then I watered the cake with chocolate ganache (I put the meringue down for an even top) and decorated with mastic roses. photo, but it does not work ((tomorrow we will shoot a sample on my dr. I hope it's delicious.it's not difficult to do, the dough is just lovely, soft and pleasant (but why didn't it rise?) the meringue didn't pose any problems for me either, I will work with the appearance, because I didn't like what I did, I wanted it not at all.
