Liver cutlets with buckwheat

Ingredients

liver 700g
bulb 2 pcs
buckwheat 1 mstk
eggs 2 pcs
rye bread (dried) 2 pcs
flour 1 mstk
cottage cheese 150g
sour cream 50g
dry mushrooms (option)
salt, soda, dill.
carrot 1 PC

Cooking method

  • Very tasty, juicy and healthy cutlets. Boil buckwheat in 2 mstq of water in advance. If you do it with dry mushrooms, then grind them smaller and cook together with buckwheat. Grate the carrots. Pass the liver, onion and rye bread through a meat grinder. Add the rest of the ingredients to them, mix thoroughly and leave to combine for 10-15 minutes: Liver cutlets with buckwheat... Beat well again. Fry in a pan for 3 minutes on each side. Serve with sour cream.
