The dough is hard, almost shortbread with a pronounced creamy taste. Sugar crust on top, and inside the baked apple puree - the pieces softened during baking. There is an assumption that it is worth cutting off the skin from apples.
The dough creeped out during the sculpting, there were no airtight pies left, all cracked, but this only affected the appearance.

It also depends on the oven. The color should be intense golden. Probably at least 40 minutes, after all. But look! While they don't burn quickly, they are not moody. And the temperature is not very high, you can try this and that.
