Girls, I have a similar Soviet-era recipe in my notebook. I remember that I exchanged it for 1 egg. The eggs then disappeared and were in short supply, so to bake this cake you need only one egg for lubrication And so, everything is saved as it was more than 20 years ago:

Pie * Sunny *

2 tbsp. flour
200 gr. margarine
2/3 cup milk
33 gr. St. yeast (now I would put less yeast, but this is the recipe of the Soviet era, there were other products)
2 tbsp. l. flour for dough
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Sahara

Any filling, but I remember what I did with cabbage or apples and dried fruits.

Put the dough. Yeast + milk + sugar + flour
Chop margarine with flour. Stir with dough.
Divide the dough into 2 pieces. Lay out the filling. Close. Brush with yolk and bake for 15-20 minutes. at 200 deg.

I baked it more than once, do very fast and it turned out very tasty .. however, not a healthy diet at all
