Ingredients

Dough:
Egg 2 pcs
Sugar 1 stkn
Vanillin 1 pack
Kefir (or curdled milk, yogurt) 1 stkn
Sour cream 4 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 2 tsp
Flour 2 stkn
Rum (or cognac) 1 tbsp. l.
Marshmallow (in chocolate) 5 pieces
Glaze:
Marshmallow (in chocolate) 3 pcs
Butter 100 g
Milk 50 ml
Sugar 100 g
Instant coffee 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla. Add kefir, sour cream, rum (can be replaced with a few drops of rum essence or flavoring), beat. Add flour mixed with baking powder and beat again. Cut the chocolate covered marshmallows into pieces. Add it to the dough and stir.
  • 2. Pour the dough into a greased pan. Put the mold in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Willingness to check with a wooden skewer.
  • Glaze:
  • Dissolve coffee in hot milk. Melt butter in a small saucepan, add sugar and pour in milk and coffee. When the mass is smooth, add the chocolate covered marshmallows, cut into pieces.
  • Heat over a fire until the marshmallow is completely dissolved, kneading it with a spoon on the sides of a saucepan. Once the marshmallow is completely dissolved, cook for another 15-20 minutes. Cool the finished icing slightly and you can cover the cake!
  • The frosting hardens very quickly, so immediately arm yourself with a spatula or spoon to spread.
  • The icing looks like a delicious toffee. At first, I was generally afraid that it would harden and we would not be able to cut this piece into pieces. This is how she looked after solidification.

I have baked it 2 times already. I liked it the first time. But something was missing. So the second time I decided to refine the recipe. I put peeled and slightly crushed walnuts (I did not pile in a mortar) and mixed them into the dough, I also put 2.5 tablespoons of Dissaron Ammareto Italiano, chocolate drops for baking from Parfait. On top, the glaze was decorated with crushed roasted walnuts, and the petals of Parfait almonds. It turned out ABALD!
