Pie from buns "Rosary"

Ingredients

Warm milk 1 tbsp.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 20 g
(or 1 pack of dry)
Eggs 2 pcs.
Softened butter 50 g
Salt pinch
Vanillin pinch
Wheat flour 500 g
+ 1-dimensional art. l.
For filling:
Thick jam
For lubrication:
Eggs 1 PC.

Cooking method

  • Knead the dough into HP. My "dough" mode lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes. I didn't wait until the end in about an hour or so, the dough crawled out over the edges of the bucket.

  • Place the dough carefully on a floured table. Do not knead !! Roll out into a rectangle, 1cm thick. Brush with thick jam. I didn't have enough jam !!! And not thick, but with plum berries:

  • Roll up roll. Cut into 12 pieces. Split one barrel, and spread the other in the form of rose petals:

  • Put the resulting roses in a mold at a short distance from each other. It is more convenient to cover the form with baking paper so that the edges protrude slightly. This will make it easier to remove the cake later. I didn't do that and I had to overturn it:

  • Let it come up. Brush with egg, sprinkle with sugar.
  • Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200C for 30 minutes. I baked for 15 minutes at 200C, 15 minutes at 180C.

Note

The guests are well fed, I am happy! Delicious!!!

Actually, I needed a cake for the solemn event, but the technique needed for this broke down at the most inopportune moment. Therefore, I had to sculpt something original using HP. Recipe taken from Meetings in the Kitchen magazine. Nothing new and original, everything is very simple. But how impressive it is !! Just what you need for a festive table!
Rectangular shape 24cmx34cm.

Mistletoe! I dragged myself to you for the night with roses. Highly . Made with cherry jam, did not sprinkle sugar. So great. Thanks for the recipe. The rolls were gutted hot, I had to be in time before 12 at night, I'm losing weight ...

I don’t understand why they were so blown away? the form is still outwardly far from yours, and in the cut it is the same.
Omela
Sonata , great buns turned out !!

Maybe the dough was a little softer, or it was not twisted tightly, or it was not initially tight!

I made a super dough !!!! Thanks for the recipe !!!!

Mistletochka, and I will come to you with "thank you"! Very tasty pie turned out, I have with plum jam.! True, as always, it was not without problems. The dough turned out to be very tender, sticky, although I added another 3 tbsp of flour. l. The roll did not want to curl, it was torn. Out of despair, I already wanted to throw out the dough, I thought it was unlikely that something worthwhile would come out. It's good that I decided to bake, we are delighted! Of course, it doesn't look like roses, more like a trash can. The main thing is delicious!

And your roses are just fading !!
gee-gee ... a wreath, I would say.

Sonya's mom!, everything is fine - the main thing is delicious, I remember we destroyed this rose garden very quickly. You next time smear your hands with vegetable oil and go! I put a saucer of butter next to me and dip as needed when I shape. I also added a little flour, the main thing is not to overdo it

Great recipe! Unfortunately, the pie did not quite work out, but it was my fault - I spread it too wide. But the dough is excellent! And delicious! Even my husband ate with tea in the evening, although in the evening what he would have eaten for a long time had not happened!

I put this dough and the question arose: how much is 1 glass of milk? I poured 250ml, but the dough was very steep, so I added more ... I will cut the dough soon, I will unsubscribe about the result later.
Omela
Teddy bear , 1 glass = 250ml = 250g. The dough can be steep because of the flour, it is different for everyone.

Clear. My jam ran out and burned a little, but it turned out very tasty, Thank you!

Tatyana, I'm glad that everything worked out !! And it is better to take thick jam.

I took a thick, candied ... maybe put a lot ... but even when I cut it into 12 pieces, the jam came out ...
Omela
I had cherry candied, also flowed out. You just don't have to let it burn. Then there will be a sweet crust below.

I came to thank for the recipe - class !!! The pie turned out the first time, which, in fact, is uncharacteristic for me. Next time I'll make the layer even thicker, so that it tastes even better!
In general - the bun-pie turned out to be delicious, fluffy, soft! Thank you again! This is how it turned out (for the size of a standard oven pan:
