yeah! I have it for 3 years. I recently gave my mother a new one and cooked on it. so it seemed to me that the new stoker is stronger. well, that is, the baked goods are slightly stronger. maybe over time they don't fry so much. but it seems so far enough
Thanks for the cake. I am pleased to!
Milda
orhidea, the cake is very appetizing with you! I also want to do it with two proofers. Thanks for the description of the process, I will repeat it.

I also liked the recipe. I made the same dough in a slow cooker and in the oven - everything worked out. The only thing is when the dough in the multitool was heated, I decided to look in (to visit) - I open the lid - and in front of my eyes it starts to hiss with a hiss - from the temperature difference, apparently. As a result, they did not reach the lid. But it still worked out. Delicious. I will always do it now.

And I finally cut this cake yesterday! Tastes very decent and baked well! In the hit parade I had three homemade Easter cakes, this one did not hit the face in the mud! Eh, I have not yet learned to insert pictures, so I would boast! The only thing I didn't really like was the color. A little pale. But you can add additives and it will be OK. I also want to come up with "additives" for different types of nuts to make it more fun. So, thanks to the author for the recipe, it helped me a lot with my workload!
Tatalo4ka
Thank you very much for the recipe !!!!!
Baked in Perfezze-58.
All the ingredients were exactly according to Golubka's recipe, but instead of dry milk, I added 200 ml of melted milk, and weighed 500 g of flour on an electronic scale. The dough was proofed on the YOGURT function. Exactly 1.5 hours later, it rose to the 8th mark. Immediately switched to the BAKE function. Baked for 50 minutes + 30 minutes. TOTAL - Easter cake 10 cm high !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everything rose and baked perfectly, but how delicious !!!!!!!!

I was in the oven for a few minutes last year. This year I turned it over and baked it for another 20 minutes. And from the sides he is so good - there is also a bag of sugar

And after the "coup" he does not become lower, and even so his consistency is plump?

no, no, it's okay. It has already been baked before that, the main thing is not to open its first cycle (about half an hour) while the yeast is still working and twig it up.

I want to say that I also baked this recipe in the oven. And in MV I liked it more - it is somehow more Easter, wet and heavy. In the oven, it looks like all ordinary Easter cakes ... but we can, it's just that I'm already spoiled. But in MV, the oven is definitely less troublesome than in any other option.
Irene
I'll try to turn it over next time.Although, if you decorate the top, you don't need to manipulate it.

Yes, it's better to take half a serving.

Looking at the size of my cake, I think that if I baked in Panasonic-10, then he would have rested on the lid specifically.

And I cooked it, it turned out delicious cake. I soaked the raisins in cognac, and its color turned out to be so interesting like burnt sugar)))

And yesterday I made half a portion in a little Panasonic! She did a lot of things: walnuts, dried cranberries, raisins, and candied fruits are different. In short, it turned out just super-duper! The second time I do it, the recipe did not disappoint!

I was thinking about baking some cakes, but I want to bake a lot of new ones
Irene
Yes, I just have limited opportunities - there is no oven, so I'm "having fun". By the way, I did all this late, and when he was baking, I fell asleep and was woken up by a cartoon call. In short, it was baked for 20 minutes. more than expected. But, I can tell you, it turned out to be very decent, ruddy, and did not burn anywhere. The last time in Panas Big I did everything according to the instructions, I was pale.

Nice recipe. The cake is real: heavy, dense, but porous. Delicious and non-drying. Just looking for a multi try out recipe. Thank you!
The kneading was done in a bread maker on a fast mode (I baked that day according to three different recipes - I was in a hurry). For insurance (to help up) I put a bit of majimix. If there was time, it was possible without him.

tell me what volume of a saucepan the cake is designed for? and what is the height?

The recipe for a large Panasonic, 4.5 liters. And the height is different for everyone, up to 10cm.

Anna Makl
Now my Easter cake is proving, and I was worried about something - I didn't put in a lot of sugar. There was no faceted glass, weighed 250 grams on the scales, and then also poured a 20 gram bag of vanilla sugar ...
celfh
In a faceted glass 180 g of sugar. Anna Makl you don't even need to memorize such things, type in a search engine something like "table of measures and weights of products" and get all the data.
But don't get upset ahead of time, maybe everything will be fine

Hello everybody!
I also decided to make this recipe. In the morning I did it on dough - one came out good in the oven. the second one can be seen standing in the multi and did not rise.
I decided to make it according to a quick recipe. At first I was very puzzled by the liquid of the dough ... I read it, many people here also have not thick dough, without a bun. Decided = okay
Well, now I have it for an hour! And it does not rise !!!!

Hello!
I have villainous heating in BRAND! I think the previous one did not rise precisely because of overheating. I put it on yogurt and went to the store and walk with the child)))) I think I'll come - if it doesn't rise - I'll throw it out!
I look, I went up to mark 8! Puffs to himself quietly. I will wait until 9 and turn on bake)))
Freim
And by the way, I also poured more flour. Not a bun in density, but not sour cream either. Rather, the consistency of cottage cheese with sour cream was. but seeing that charlottes are somehow baked from batter - I decided to take a chance.
Freim
Well, that made it to the nine! I set it to bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Let's see
In total, the proofing time is about 3 hours on the yogurt mode! (I personally heat up at 70 degrees!)

I'll be on my parent's oven, or mine will burst.

I got 11 cm, the roof is flat. I did not open it after the signal for about 10 minutes, I allowed it to cool down a little in a saucepan pulled out of the multi. Opening everything during baking is not at all recommended, the cake dough is already capricious

On the right, a wide Easter cake is according to this recipe. The other two have a different recipe.
But the most kulichny and tallest - from the oven)))
I'm disappointed so far. Well, we will try on Sunday! So let's compare to taste)))

It still suited me for a very long time, I think the middle fell off for this reason.
Next year I will probably bake everything in the oven. Somehow more correct Easter cakes there - tall, narrow and with hats .. In the cartoon due to the wide bowl - you still get pies and not Easter cakes)

The good thing about the cartoon is that it is less confusing. I nevertheless did the first approach at the Easter cake in a saucepan separately, then mixed in the raisins and in the slow cooker. The heating was switched on 3 times for 5 minutes, so as not to bake the bottom. Then baking 65 min + 20 min. After yesterday's dancing around the oven with myasoyedovsky kulich, it seemed easy and simple in a slow cooker. Your multi-cooker cake looks very nice, and the roof has collapsed quite a bit, as if not noticeable at all. Write later what it tasted like.
