Roll Wreath with apples

Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 tbsp.
about 500 g
Warm cream 3/4 Art.
OK. 150 ml
Salt pinch
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Oil 100 g
Dry active yeast 1 tbsp. l.
Yolks 2 pcs.
Filling:
Big apples 2 pcs.
Sugar 2 tsp
Raisins handful
Chopped walnut handful
Lubricant egg 1 PC.
Glaze:
Powdered sugar 1 tbsp.
Milk 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • (measuring spoons, from a bread machine)
  • Melt the butter in a gravy boat or in the microwave. Add cream and yeast. Stir well. Add the rest of the ingredients and knead until the dough is elastic. Cover and leave for about half an hour. It rises quickly.
  • Peel and core the apples. Grate on a coarse grater. Squeeze out lightly, otherwise there will be too much liquid.
  • Roll out the dough into a rectangle. Spread the apples on the dough, leaving about a centimeter on one edge. Sprinkle with sugar and scatter nuts and raisins. Roll into a roll. Put the rolled sausage on a greased baking sheet and join in a circle. Cut with a sharp knife - not completely! - on stripes.
  • Cover and let rise for 40 minutes.
  • Cool on a wire rack. When the cake has cooled, cover with icing.
  • Roll Wreath with apples

Anna_Ko, I was very interested in the recipe, but there are several questions:

1. glass volume?
2. Are the tablespoons measured or not?
3. Is the yeast dry or "wet"?

made changes, is everything OK?
Cat
Yes, thank you, it's just that all bread makers have different glass sizes, for example mine has 310 ml.
Anna_Ko
yes, I myself do not like it when glasses are measured, but sometimes I also "pierce"))))
Cat
I will bake for the weekend, but I will make the dough in KhP.
Cat
I was tormented by vague doubts ...
and now, in the "pizza" mode, I put the dough, it is already clear that either 500 g of flour is a lot, or 150 ml of cream is not enough - I had to add about the same amount of cream, otherwise the dough looked like shortbread.

The wreath turned out - class !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The filling was made from cottage cheese + vanilla pudding + raisins. The dough is very unusual - a cross between shortbread and yeast. The husband began to break off the pieces while still hot.

I baked for 40 minutes, put the roll in a mold in the center of which I put a glass of water.
Anna_Ko
Cat, and you melted butter?
actually it's strange ... I've done it 3 or 4 times already, but the proportions are)
Cat
I poured the butter with cream and warmed it up in the microwave - the butter melted.

Anna_Ko, next time you bake, please measure the flour in glasses and weigh it - I wonder how much by weight it will be?
But even with these amendments, the dough turned out to be very tasty.
Anna_Ko
yes, I also thought that next time I will weigh flour,
I don't have a single standard glass,
I measured 200 ml. cups and then added a little flour.
glad that you liked the recipe, and show the pictures?
