Cooking method

  • 4 sheets of thin stretch dough.

  • 3-4 pcs. unsweetened cookies (break them in a coffee grinder)
  • stepping back from the edge, put the cherries, sprinkle with cookies and add 0.5 or 1 teaspoon of sugar (that is, to taste)
  • Roll up in the form of a pancake and bake, or fry until golden brown. It turns out to be a light and tasty dessert. Let's add ice cream to it and feel the taste of the classics. Our ice cream mini strudel is ready!

And this dough is the same thickness. Composition - only millet. flour, water and salt and nothing else. Lean .. Do not crumble. You can freeze and thaw as much as you like. Does not lose properties. And the price of 500 grams is 120 rubles. Domestic production.
Recipe:
