There is a detailed breakdown of temperature conditions, look, I'll be at home only in early August.
Meat is great to cook without boiling! And the girls cook jellied meat beautiful, transparent Milk porridge I did not cook in 50, but you can eat meat with your lips, it becomes so soft Read the topic, girls share the secrets of cooking. By the way, in a slow cooker there is also a long languishing at not high temperatures, too, I can tell you, a thing!
Leshka1
Thank you. Already found the modes - on page 80.
I have a question right away. Who made yoghurts in the 50s? How long should I put on heating? Or maybe someone else did it?
In the topic about yoghurts, recipes are only for 60s.

I made yogurt several times, but rather using a multicooker as a thermos, bringing the water on the Heating up to 38-40 grams and immediately turning it off, since the temperature is gaining very good on the Heating. quickly and all your bacteria will just cook. And I heated the milk (in a micron) to the same temperature, then diluted the leaven, poured it into sterilized jars and put it in a multi bowl with heated water, covered the jars with lids (but did not twist tightly) so that condensate did not get in and closed the multi ... If in 4 hours the yoghurt is not yet ready, and the temperature has dropped slightly, then you can still turn it on for a minute or two, but not overheat! And happy, healthy yogurt
Leshka1
and how long does it take to bring it to 38-40 degrees? I don't have a thermometer ....
rusja
minutes 4-5, but without a thermometer it is difficult to make yoghurts, for them very good. the temperature regime is important, and you can quickly overheat and ditch useful substances

I can’t remain silent, sorry. Because of the high temperature (more than 45-50 degrees), not mythical "useful substances" die, but the real lactic acid bacteria, thanks to which milk turns into a fermented milk product: sour milk, fermented baked milk, yogurt and others.

I had, after almost two years of active use. They wrote off under a guarantee, returned the money, took a new one.

The plug did not come off?

For me, just after the warranty expired - 2 years and 1 month, it worked exactly and one in one of your cases, just once it stopped responding to the outside world. ... Allegedly, the fuse has blown under the heating shadow, but it still stands disassembled and awaits its fate, either to throw it away, or to replace this fuse itself, but the master who took it apart is fixing the TVs, and I already got a pressure cooker and just hands do not reach to resolve the issue with Dexic

The plug did not come off, I tried the wire from the pressure cooker ... dead ...

If under warranty, bring it to the store where you bought it. Necessarily with a check. I changed mine.
darsolina
I bought it on the subway. they are no longer on sale. What will they exchange for me?

We must return the money if there is nothing to change for.

You can't buy anything just for this money ... and nobody tried to repair it?

I would not advise you, you will be left without money, and without a guarantee, most likely. Why can't you buy anything? How much did you buy it for?

Now Dax 50 is produced by Philips, they only changed the saucepan for their own (also good). The price of this Philips is about the same, well, maybe a hundred more expensive. I would give your under warranty back to the store, and if this Phillips 3039 is not there, I would demand the money back, and I would look for this particular Phillips. And you will continue to have that multicooker that you are already accustomed to and which you love.

I read part of the topic, but I could not find the answer to my question. I am a happy owner of Dex 50 for 2.5 years already, the saucepan has already started to burn. I decided to buy a new saucepan ... but they are already nowhere to be found (((Please advise where you can buy a new saucepan for my beloved Deksik.

If you don't find Dex's saucepan, look for a Philips 3039 saucepan, it fits, and it seems to be no worse in quality.

the official website reported that the supply of products will resume from mid-August, so I think that we can wait a bit, maybe prices will fall. multi have already begun to appear on Rozetka and in other stores (in July they completely disappeared from sale), there is a queue for saucepans ..))

girls, I haven't read everything, I can repeat myself - write a website with recipes for cartoons
GenyaF
Torch! Writing - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf Section - multicooker, pressure cooker, rice cooker. Not enough for you?

Girls, ran on Temko and did not find. I also can't find an instruction how to use the timer in our Dexula? How long have I had it, but my hands have not reached
May @
Ala, in short, you select the mode, the time if necessary, ..... and then click on timer and choose the hours and minutes, that is, the time for which the dish should be prepared.
GenyaF
Alya! I chose a program, set the cooking time (if it differs from the programmed one), pressed the Timer button (the red light next to it will light up), set the time by which the dish should be ready and press Start.

The girls didn't really figure out the site, so I'll write here a couple of days have passed since I bought a Philips 3039 multicooker and now it started to "glitch" with me: I throw food for frying, fry it on "Frying", then "Off / heat" and choose " Quenching / Stew "but (!) Either immediately or after a couple of minutes the multicooker starts to beep and automatically switches to the" Off / heat "mode. What is it? This problem was discussed here, but I can’t find where I don’t know now what to do now - take it back or call the service center or supermarket where I bought it and find out what's what ?!
lesik_l
Don't panic - it's okay. It's just that your pan after frying has a temperature higher than it should be for stewing. The cartoon gets scared and squeaks - we burn. You can take out the pan for a couple of minutes, add water or add some cold ingredients and the mode will start. Good luck
Antonina_kr
Here's another thing that interests me: I have a Phillips 3039 and when, for example, "Quenching" is on and the lid is open - it is not hot, that is, it is cold and at the same time there is 3D heating in the multicooker, this is what you need with the lid open or in the multicooker breaking?
May @
Antonina_kr, the lid is heated only during baking and simmering.

Hello everyone! So I got this miracle (I'll just make a reservation that I have a Phillips 3039), and I started mastering it with a jellied meat! The recipe is like in the book, only I first brought the pork legs and the shank to a boil, drained the water, washed it, put everything in MV and added 1.5 liters of water. Then, on the stew / stewing mode, I chose the time-6 hours. So far 2 has passed, but I already have a panic, the water is hot, you can stick your finger. Is jellied meat really cooked ??? Who cooked - share !!!
Keti
Actually, this is a topic for DEH. For the Phillips, march here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=549.0

Good evening! In this thread, I left a question by reading just the message in the phillips thread:
I will slightly clarify the previous speakers, I described the comparison of Phillips and his ancestor Dax 50 here - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...89830.0.
To all owners of Phillips 3039 - you can feel free to contact the Dax 50 topic with questions, there are a lot of owners, the cartoon has been on the market for 2 years now, we will definitely tell you what's what. These are not just similar multicooker, this is the same multicooker, only now it is produced by another company with its own branded saucepan. So you are welcome!
Lozja
6 hours is not enough, I pour boiling water and turn it on for 9-10 hours.
ecoira
Thank you, I understood it empirically! I am mastering the cartoon and I really like it!

My clock has stopped showing on MV. What can it be?

How? Do the programs work, they don't show only the clock? In general, or while cooking? In any case, this is most likely a guarantee, contact the place of purchase. Of course, there will be no exchange, since the model has been discontinued, but the money must be returned, or something else must be offered in return.

The programs are working. The clock shows when the MV is plugged in.
I read somewhere that some kind of batteries are low. Maybe this is it?

I have the same.I think that the battery that powers the clock has simply run out. Of course, you can disassemble the MB yourself and replace the battery, but this is risky. So I just decided to leave it that way.

Oh, I thought they didn't work at all, even on the web. Well, this is for any battery in the village. I have a cartoon all the time on the network, so that battery, apparently, will be enough for my whole life. While the guarantee, I would not advise to climb inside. Do you really need it, this watch? Or do you have to direct them every time you turn on the network? If so, then I would simply advise not to turn off the cartoon from the network, because you can blink the clock every time.

It may not be necessary anymore, but I will quote what I read in another topic:
Quote: Denis BR

Good day! My business trip to St. Petersburg postponed a quick response to your question. I myself am the owner of 37501. My clock is running forward. Once every 2 months I correct them. While holding down the "Delay" button for 2-3 sec. after the beep, you can go to the hour and minute setting mode! This is written in the instructions on page 9 And the fact that your display has completely "failed" is the battery life is over. It needs to be replaced with a new one. A year and a half is just the most optimal period of its validity. You can replace the battery in any authorized SC. It is possible at home, provided that you buy an identical battery. The process of replacing the battery is not very difficult, but it will take some effort and time, since the battery is installed on the control board. This video will help you see where it is located, and how to disassemble and assemble the multicooker yourself: 🔗
