Irina, I also have one, with two handles * JOKINGLY * And the firm? It is not at all clear which, unknown. I took the cheapest one, well, just to warm up
Niarma
Irina, this is what I need, mainly to warm up. And the mechanics, in my opinion, are more tenacious. And how many liters is it and how long have you taken it?
Mikhaska
She took it the year before last. And I can't even say anything about the displacement. I can't figure out something, looking at night where I have documents for her. But a 1-liter jar does not fit in it ... And, I, I just dreamed of sterilizing the jars in it before filling it with food ... That's my miracle - Yudo - microdruh ...
Natalishka, sistra-ah-ah!
Jiri
Mikhaska, Irish, and on a side, and a little water there? I did it, it still turns out faster than anywhere else
Mikhaska
Irzhychek, honey! Yes, you told me about the sideways somehow. I've tried it. But on the side, only 2 cans come in ... And then they roll like crazy while spinning the plate.
Yes, I'm not really grieving. I sterilize the crowd in the oven at once.
I just added cans to the story about the approximate size of my micra.
Scarlett
Mikhaska, and the dishwasher is dumb at you? I love her to the point of unconsciousness, and in the spinning season, well, I just adore
Mikhaska
Dumb, cat! And I don't intend to acquire one yet: the kitchen is microscopic.

Um, I'll stick it in your conversation with a couple of recipes, if you will.
Sandwiches with apples (this is when you want a charlotte, but laziness and time to spare):
Dry the loaf slices in a toaster, spread butter on both sides, put grated apples on top, if you wish, you can sprinkle a sand of sugar on top, put on a high wire rack and 10 minutes under the grill (or 1-2 minutes at full power or at mv + grill)
Rice for garnish:
1 tbsp. Melt a spoonful of butter at full power, finely chop from 1 to 3 cloves of garlic or skip through a garlic press, into the butter and half a minute at full power, stirring, until golden brown. Pour in washed rice, salt, pour boiling water in a ratio of 2 measures of rice: 3 measures of water. To cover with a lid. Bring to a boil at max power. NECESSARILY UNDER CONTROL. As soon as the water begins to bubble at the edges, switch to min power and cook for 15-20 minutes (depending on the microwave power). Let stand for 5 minutes and kyushaya)))

Added:
for such an amount of oil and garlic, 2 measures of rice is 1 glass, and then one and a half glasses of water. And a teaspoon of salt.

Yes, no microwaves. I make the casserole on a microwave + combi (micro + grill). I don't have an oven.I was specifically looking for an oven to bake bread and rolls in it. The kitchen is not rubber

I have this recipe for chips
I have almost the same, but the technology is slightly different. Potatoes, cut into thin slices, pour cold water and leave for 15 minutes. Then I rinse, dry it with paper towels, salt, add spices (paprika and dry garlic). I put it in one layer on baking paper and cook for about 5 (+/–) minutes at 800 watts. As soon as it turns brown, it's done.

And the recipe?
Longina
Irina,
chicken liver 500g
eggs 2pcs
cream (10-15%) or sour cream 200ml
onions 1pc
carrot 1pc
flour 3-5 tbsp. l.
salt pepper.

Grind the liver in a blender. Beat eggs with salt and pepper and add to the liver. Grate the carrots and lightly fry in vegetable oil (I do it in the microwave on a power of 750 W for 5 minutes), finely chop the onion and also fry. Add cream (even better with sour cream), add a little salt and pepper. Add flour, stir. Grind the whole mass in a blender or food processor until smooth.
The mass should be like a pancake. Grease a baking dish with oil, if not silicone. I used silicone molds (2 pieces royal small), but any, preferably small, will do. Put in the oven. Bake at 180ºC for 40-45 minutes.
Willingness to check with a toothpick or a match (you need to pierce the soufflé, if the toothpick is dry, the soufflé is ready). Cool the finished soufflé, cut into portions.
Serve cold or warm.
Recipe from Anastasia Skripkina.
In the microwave I cooked at a power of 900 W in two runs for 4 minutes. Instead of flour, this time I added cornstarch and decided that 2 tbsp was enough. l.

I want to try it, but I didn't quite understand about two runs. It took 4 minutes, turned off and ...? What to do before switching on again?
Longina
Ludmila, it's time to move to another level! There are many good tips here. Yesterday I baked curd pudding.
Cottage cheese - 250g
Eggs - 2pcs
1 st. l. sugar (Sugar-free).
1 st. l. semolina
A few drops of lemon juice (so in the recipe, I can already do without lemon juice)
A pinch of salt
Vanilla sugar.

Stir everything in a bowl. Grease dishes for microwave oven, put curd mixture. And in a 600W microwave for 8 minutes.
The finished pudding is very soft and juicy. Can be used with sour cream. I also added carrot cake there after the juicer (they drink juice, but wherever you want, I add liver cake in the souffle and attach fish to the cutlets). I added 85 grams and a couple of tablespoons of sour cream. It turned out very tasty and is not pale due to the carrots.

I usually turn the form over to the other side. But you can just turn it on again, it is believed that it cooks better this way. I cook porridge in 2 passes, salt it before the second inclusion and mix it.

Longina, Elena, and curd pudding for 900 watts. ? And how many minutes?

Added on Wednesday, 06 Apr 2016 08:05

Elena, so I think that for making chicken liver soufflé, the mixture can be poured into small silicone muffin tins and put in a micra around a plate. Did you put 2 silicone molds in the microscope? And what is their volume? And probably it is possible to make something like that in the micra from beef liver, for example, pancakes, I love them.
Albina
And I just started to cook something in the micro, and take it and break it down (probably the time has come: more than 20 years ago, the furniture was mostly standing). There are no plans to buy a new one yet. And sometimes she became really needed
Longina
Mila56, I cooked curd pudding on a power of 600W.
The chicken liver soufflé can of course be poured into muffin tins. This time I had an incident, poured the soufflé into 2 tins of 500 ml, put one in the micra, it is already spinning ... and suddenly I see that I forgot to pour the cream. What should I do? I poured half of the cream into the second mold, but as it turned out to the top, I took 3 cupcake tins with a spoon and sent the whole company to the mikra. It turned out well, well, of course, the soufflé without cream is drier, but edible.
Of course, you can make pancakes in tins from beef liver. I think it will turn out very well.

And for how many minutes and what volume of dishes? After all, time depends on the volume.
Longina
Volume, of course, matters. I have a 500ml mold, I cook at 600W for 8 minutes. You have to look, if the pudding comes off the edges - it's done. Since in 2 runs, I look, maybe I need to put less time. It turns out only empirically. The main thing is not more time, otherwise there will be a crouton.
Mila56
Elena, thanks a lot, I will try.

SvetaI
Marina, sorry, I will get in off topic. And how to cut a giant on a grater into ordinary slices? And then I only get very thin, but this is not so often necessary, the grater is idle
Marina22
SvetaI, in my grater, in addition to the main insert with 4 blades, which cut very thinly, there are also additional inserts. One of them looks like the letter V and is rubbed with ordinary slices.

Marina, exactly, here I am a bastard! Well I also have these inserts, I somehow tried to change and never got used to it quickly. So I put them somewhere. We need to get it, maybe the skill has already increased and I can easily cope with it.

And we at home in the microwave have adapted to cook porridge.
It turns out quickly and without much hassle. You can even add vegetables / onions / carrots.

But I don't like the taste that comes out: somehow very dry, sticky.
Rice and buckwheat are best from a saucepan to taste! Loose, rich aroma and taste, something that has been loved since childhood.

Who else likes the taste of microwave dishes?
Longina
Kafam, on the contrary, I fell in love with rice after I began to cook it in the microwave. Before that, I could not stand it. And buckwheat and wheat are also very popular from micra. You just need to decide on the proportions. I don’t even speak about oatmeal, it’s sacred - only in microscope.

I'm currently making citrus jams in MV.
There are few raw materials and portions are small, it is convenient to cook in glass bowls.

Microwave. What can we do in it?
Porridge in the one on the right for 2 liters. Medium potatoes and vegetables for 1.5 liters.
Microwave. What can we do in it?
For buckwheat and rice for 1 glass of cereal 2 glasses of water. I cook without a lid at full power 900 W for 10 minutes, then stir, salt and another 10 minutes. I fill it with cold water. For wheat, I take 1 liter of water and cereals in bags (4 pieces of 125g each) I pour from the bags into the bowl.
Oatmeal, I cook myself a portion of Clear sun # 3, 2 tbsp. l. I pour in cereals 1 coffee cup of milk (well, somewhere 0.5 cups). I cook at a power of 600 W for 1 minute, then mix and another 1-1.5 minutes. I also pour cold milk. Then I add applesauce or jam to the finished one. The main thing here is to pick up a wide dish, I used to cook it in a 1L glass frying pan, but it broke. In short, you have to run, then I will answer questions, if any.

It is necessary to cook at a lower power.
For example, I have a maximum of 800W. I bet for a couple of minutes, and when it boils, I reduce it to 450W for 5 minutes.
It does not run away at such power, but it is brewing for itself on the sly.

Here's what I read, but haven't tried it myself:
"How to remove stains on kitchen towels
So, to make waffle or terry towels look like those you just bought, take laundry soap (you can use laundry soap) and a regular plastic bag. Soak a towel, wring it out and rub it well with soap. Place the towel in the bag and leave it unsealed in the microwave. Select medium power and set the timer to 1.5 minutes. Remove the towel with tongs (be careful, hot!). Rinse the fabric in clean water - done. The spots are gone!
Now you can enjoy neat towels, sipping tea and cheesecake in the kitchen, and spend the saved time for yourself. "(C)

Why proportions?
The universal principle is much more convenient - pour water (boiling water) so that it is 1.5-2 fingers higher than the cereal.
You will always have time to top up if it is absorbed, but the croup is harsh. You just have to take into account that it will still "reach".
It is most convenient to cook cereals in a glass (you can see everything) saucepan, at a power of no more than 450 (average).
Longina
Larissa, I just checked this information today. I could not get. I even lathered a towel in the evening to enhance the effect. Fick you! Then I took the product with whiteness and for 40 minutes. Everything is gone!
