It turned out very tasty. The big cake turned out to be more moist (in the future I will fill the mold less), and the small ones are what you need!

In the recipe, I was surprised by the addition of soda to kefir, then let it stand for 10 minutes, then add flour and let the dough stand for another 30 minutes, and only then bake. According to the baking rules, baking soda or baking powder must be added along with the flour at the end of the process. But nevertheless she did as it was said.
It was baked for a long time, I very much doubted that it would rise even a little, but it rose.

The second muffin, mixed by the note, turned out to be significantly higher and better. In addition, I reduced the oil to 200 grams. The inside of the cake turned out to be finely porous, which I really liked.

I will definitely repeat on the note and try to bring the oil to 150 gr.
