Lemon to-that - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 6 tbsp. l.
Sugar - 150 g
Wheat flour - 250 g
Raisins, cinnamon, carob - to taste

Dissolve sugar and citric acid in water.Throw in the raisins and oil.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon and carob. Pour all this into the solution, stir vigorously for a couple of minutes and bake. I bake in a bread maker for 1.5 hours (I don't know what the temperature is there)
