Ingredients

Favorite chocolate 4 tiles
(400 g)
Shortbread 150 g
Any nuts (took walnuts) 100 g
Any candied fruit (took raisins) 100 g
Butter 100 g
Water 50 g

Cooking method

It turned out 10 roses. weighed only 800 grams.

Grind raisins, nuts, cookies.

Pour water into a small saucepan, put sl. oil, heat, stirring, until the oil dissolves. Then gradually add the broken chocolate, stir continuously, until the chocolate is completely dissolved, when we get a homogeneous thick chocolate mass, pour half the mass onto the crushed cookies + nuts + raisins, mix.
Then we put the mixture into molds. I used silicone molds in the form of roses, oiled them, but it was possible to do without this, the roses were easily removed.
put in molds up to half the volume. Then pour the remaining chocolate mass to the full volume.
We send it to the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
We take out, I sprinkled with cocoa.

Time for preparing:

30 minutes, cooling time 1 hour.

Note

The guests were delighted, served with ice cream. Very simple, delicious, chocolatey.
I will try to make something similar in the form of one cake, since it is easy to cut.
