Chocolate Lollipops

Ingredients

colored sugar: (1 cup = 200 ml)
sugar (preferably larger) 3/4 cup
raspberry syrup (any to your taste, but before preparing a whole portion, try a little, it all depends on the syrup, how it will color the sugar) 1.5 tsp.
for lollipops:
dark chocolate (any is possible) 100 g
raspberry syrup 1 tbsp. l.
for decoration:
silver caramel, colored sugar, coconut flakes. you can use nuts, dried fruits, coarse sea salt.
wooden skewers, a sheet of baking paper.

Cooking method

  • simple, fast, tasty and not only children are happy !!!
  • Lollipop - eng. lollipop
  • colored sugar:
  • spread the syrup on a flat large plate, pour sugar on top and stir very quickly.
  • Spread the resulting sugar in a thin layer on baking paper and allow to dry, stirring occasionally. (drying speed depends on humidity and temperature)
  • a very aromatic sugar with a raspberry flavor is obtained, which can be used to decorate cookies, cakes and other pastries.
  • Lolly:
  • melt chocolate in a steam bath or in the microwave.
  • pour melted chocolate in the form of a circle onto a prepared sheet of paper with a dessert spoon and press a wooden stick into it.
  • place in the refrigerator and allow to harden.
  • remove from a sheet of paper. pulling the stick up.
  • if you add nuts and dried fruits. then it is better to decorate them immediately.
  • if sugar, salt or shavings, then it is better when the candy is almost frozen.
