Yoshkin cat! I apologize, but this ebey did not bring me a dumpling machine, but smartly returned the money to my claims ... I don’t know how to twirl dumplings with money ... Dear forum users - help me out! On Aliexpress, "robots" fell to 14 thousand, maybe since it happened, order it or try your luck again with this one, with a glass? I understand that a lot has already been written, but carefully reading 91 pages is not easy, and you want to make a decision as quickly as possible (otherwise, suddenly, robots will rise in price again). Help with experienced advice! Thank you!

I have none. But I dream of a robot. If you are ready to spend a lot of time and products to find the ideal recipe for this miracle, then take a robot. And if you are ready to spend time rolling, but get a guaranteed result based on existing recipes and tips with a glass. IMHO

Thank you! In principle, some time ago, and so I had to "invent" my own recipe for dough with hard flour, so I'm not afraid of experiments.

But since you are not afraid of experimenting with the test and Valery77 will get in touch (who has this machine) and help with advice, then maybe I would take a chance. my first machine was still the first modification (I ordered it 4 years ago through my friend who works in Taiwan). It was changed not because of age, but because in the first generation of machines it was very inconvenient to rinse the container for the dough, since it was not completely collapsible. The second generation of cars that the Chinese now sell on aliexpress (cars are produced in Taiwan, by the way, and the sellers on aliexpress are resellers just because my friend brought it to me for 11 thousand from Taiwan already with delivery to Moscow) slightly improved. the container for the dough is now completely collapsible and easily washed, the fasteners to the table are metal instead of plastic, which could break if twisted, the handle is made of stainless steel (it used to be ferrous metal and rusted from water)

This robot of the first generation and the second is very sensitive to the test. I have been using it for about 4 years already. At first, of course, nothing worked, but over time they somehow got used to it. The machine is good, but for those who will not be disappointed in it after the first failures, but will select the optimal consistency of dough and minced meat. I now have a minimum of defective dumplings on it, somewhere 3-4 pieces per 200 pieces. Moreover, it takes time to stick 200 pieces, where about 20 minutes. We used to have a dumplings with a glass, but somehow it did not take root, since a lot of unnecessary manipulation in the form of rolling out dough layers requires.

Dynamite, Good day!

A friend of mine who brought me in has such a device now. Friends ordered him but for financial reasons they did not buy it. Apparatus in Moscow.

Valery77Valery, can you write a recipe for dough and minced meat here, for those who are interested in this robot. And it would be really great if they made a video on the robot. Since the fact that practically the only one (I did not have another) is on YouTube, in my opinion, it is not very successful and more frightens off than inspires, please

We mold according to different recipes, the recipes were already on the forum here. The main thing is that the dough is plastic, and the recipes may be different. I posted a few short videos on YouTube, I think you've seen them. There is no time to shoot a long full-length video now. And now there is no time yet to make dumplings. Maybe as free time will appear then we will shoot a full video.

Valery, and how long does it take for such a robot to wash?

Well, we have somewhere about 10 minutes, since now in the updated version all parts have become collapsible. Everything unwinds and is easily washed. In the first modification, the pieces of dough had to be taken out of the dough compartment with a stick, since it was not collapsible.

If this is your video, which is the only one on YouTube with this robot, then I still really want to watch the new one. The one that is, honestly scared me with its complexity. Now, you write that for 200 dumplings, only about 4 unsuccessful ones turn out and this is great. Please remove a new one with an experienced hand, so to speak, in order to rehabilitate this, I think, an interesting unit.

I recently re-read this Temko, a few people developed with the robot precisely because of the test and some kind of tube for it, so everyone smoothly switched to iron. I think there is no need to rush, but still re-read the entire Temka, because in a nutshell you cannot describe the pros and cons of both and the robot costs a lot of money.
If that iron can be ordered in Germany here 🔗, in China here 🔗 if the link does not open, you go to this site and type in the search engine machines for sculpting dumplings from $ 40, in China, of course, it is cheaper, but many here complained that there are cases that a broken machine comes and is also sold here in Russia marcato.
Yes, I would really like to order from China from kupinatao for 5-7 thousand, but how do they pack now and which seller to choose? With ali, it seems like normal ones are not broken, but the price is there too.
I'm thinking here on the forum there is a joint venture on taobao (the same site is only in Russian kupinatao or it was previously called rutaobao), and so she could not ask the person who is involved in the joint venture through her trusted person (intermediary in China, who I think I would pack it normally and the machine would come intact) through which she makes purchases to order at least a robot, even though they both have an iron machine on that site. This topic is called: Topic: Taobao - China (JV, Moscow) Eneki. But I am ashamed of something

[/ quote]Katerok87,
I bought an iron one back in 2009 or 2010 for the first time. After we managed to achieve the correct consistency of the dough (as many here describe - elastic, but not steep) and mold the first batch, it turned out that the fillings in these "ravioli" are three times less than the dough, and even my father, who passionately loves dumplings , refused to eat this parody of real dumplings ... In general, after the very first use, this thing turned into a child's toy.Be that as it may, those who unsubscribed to my request were inclined to buy a robot, and the cars with a glass almost completely disappeared from sale, and the remaining ones went up (maybe that's why they never delivered my order both times?), The robot was ordered and I'm looking forward to his arrival, and during this time I will slowly reread the whole Temka. Thanks to everyone who responded to my request!

I wonder what is the ratio by weight of dough and minced meat? Maybe it will suit our family, because they say that the taste and color of all markers are different. Or maybe it’s true and for us there will be little filling. It would even be possible, knowing the weight of this and that, to manually mold 10 pieces and try.
Alex100
Anya, thanks for the video) it's still troublesome with these machines
perhaps there is an advantage in speed if you sculpt a lot
but as usual 200-250 pieces I mold not a big difference in time
most of the time is spent on kneading the dough and rolling out, and then it won't take long to blind)

It didn't inspire me either. And the appearance of the finished product is also not ice. It is not clear how thick the dough is. With the iron one is somehow easier.

I wonder why no one wants to take into account that the meat, during heat treatment, coagulates and decreases in volume? In any case, there will be less filling in the finished boiled product than in its raw form. Therefore, dumplings in the store are stuffed with all sorts of nonsense, not always useful, but, on the other hand, so that the volume does not decrease.

Fifanya, Anechka, I understand you. But I am no longer willing to experiment. I am quite satisfied with my machine and the ease of use. But a bunch of plastic at the price of an airplane, and even with such an abstruse disassembly / assembly and an incomprehensible appearance of the finished product, did not inspire me

Yes, it is clear that the meat decreases during cooking, but in that machine the meat layer in the dumplings was 3 millimeters, and after cooking there was nothing left at all. Now there are iron ones, as I saw in this thread, making normal, plump dumplings, but I want to try something different. Let this other be a robot, since the "glass" did not work out.

Fifanya, Anechka, when I saw how many small plastic things there are, I lost all desire to buy and experience. On the one hand, it is, of course, more convenient to wash plastic in the dishwasher. On the other hand, there are a lot of little things and it is plastic, it is possible that it is fragile.

The first pancake is not that lumpy. It's just that almost all of them are torn. And mostly torn not at the seam, but at the fold, as it were
I sin on too wet minced meat. I didn't add water. Only onions, eggs. Apparently, water was added to the meat (pumped up) in the store (I took pork + beef.
As for the shape, the amount of filling and the thickness of the dough - our size.
A few more attempts and I will find the ideal)
The process is mega-fast, convenient. Washing is not a dreary thing in general.

I add sometimes.
My problem is not how the minced meat behaved after cooking.
Here the problem is to choose the correct consistency of the filling and dough in principle.
I was very impatient. It was necessary to cool the dough and minced meat better. But there was no time.
I will try again. Maybe in a week I will be honored

Congratulations! Just me too !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We decided to train on potatoes - dumplings, that is. The dough was made according to a "local" recipe - 450 flour, half a teaspoon of salt, a table. the spoon grows. oils, 250 water. With the only difference that we have been doing all the flour for a long time with half of hard Italian flour here and here 225 gr. she was semola. I had to add a little water, and in vain, because after standing for two and a half hours (the EMS courier was slightly delayed) the dough became soft and the first dumplings went through one ragged, though not much. Then, when the first empty dumplings began to be added to the dough, everything more or less returned to normal and as a result of the marriage it turned out to be 40 percent, which I consider normal for the first time. The very first impression of the device - how quickly it does everything, it seems, you don't turn the handle very quickly, but the products just fly out of the device, and the container for the filling is empty before our eyes. The clamp for attaching the robot to the table with us, however, turned out to be too wide and we had to put on the handle not to the end so as not to touch, okay, tomorrow I’ll look at another one in Leroy or this undermining, it didn’t spoil the impression of the "shaitan-arba". The children also liked to turn the handle and eat fried (from torn) and boiled dumplings. Tomorrow is the turn of dumplings! I don’t understand how to insert something here.
