Cooking method

  • Roll out with a dough roll (take the dough in small pieces), first by 3, and then by 4-5 (sprinkle with flour using a sieve mug). On a 5-ke, the dough is very thin, for an amateur.

My dough for dumplings and noodles
(I like the dough on eggs, but you can, if you wish, do without them, but then you need more water). Watch out for the kolobok. The dough is dry at first, but as it kneads, it becomes more elastic (if you feel dry dough, add a little water during kneading).
