When kneading in a bowl, where the dough came up, I add alternately a little flour (amaranth, spelled, flaxseed, oatmeal, the main rye course (all whole grain)), different seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, caraway seeds), pre-steamed malt (watery gruel with honey), and then steamed flax seed in advance (such a snotty gruel turns out + I dissolve salt in it). Well, there is also a type of stevia, Jerusalem artichoke ... I don't add pure water at all. The procedure is painfully long, from 40 minutes to an hour, and it takes manual kneading.
Ankarsrum Original is probably a good thing, but the price is immodest. We need to save money along the way.
