Water
Salt

Cooking method

  • We make a brine - in water - 1 liter 250 dissolve salt - 250 g. Put the brisket in a saucepan or jar, fill it with brine, stand for 3 days. Then we repeat the same two times.
  • Then we take out the brisket, dry it and smoke it cold smoked in a home smokehouse, 40 minutes. I smoked on cherry twigs.
  • Then put it in the freezer. You can eat in a day.
  • I safely forgot my brisket in the freezer for the whole winter, only yesterday I discovered it and ate it with pleasure.
