Ingredients

a tomato 2-3
plums of hard varieties (such as 2 pcs.
leaf lettuce (1 bunch or bush)
hard cheese (I have parmesan) 70 g
dill, parsley
salt, pepper olive oil
sesame seeds (can be lightly toasted) 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • All vegetables / fruits are chopped (as they like, but larger is better). Grate the cheese on a fine narrow grater (literally 1-2 tablespoons). Mix all ingredients and enjoy.
