I am urgently sharing my "anti-flu" variation of mulled wine:

Dry red wine - bottle
Lemon 1 \ 2pcs
Honey 1-3 tbsp. l. (according to tastes and wishes)
Ground ginger
Black peppercorns (with ground it turns out very radically for my taste)
Cinnamon
I personally don't like cloves and never put them.

How to do it in a smart machine - I won't tell you, I do it in an ordinary bucket. I cut the lemon into pieces, I warm the wine, when it is well heated - put everything in it, stir it and not let it boil (ideally, do not give it at all, but you can also remove it and put it on).

I would love to brew it right now, but I have to do with tea, lemon and honey - I am breastfeeding, however ..

And my favorite recipe is with cloves:
1 bottle of good dry red wine without a hint of sourness
zest of 1 lemon, you can add some orange skins who loves oranges
3 tbsp. l sugar + 1 tbsp. l. honey
3-5 cloves, a pinch of nutmeg, you can add cinnamon, but I don't like
Heat, do not bring to a boil. Let it brew for 10 minutes - and use in a friendly company
