The livers are ready.
The sour cream ran out and there was mayonnaise instead. Oat flakes-2st. Flour-0.5 tbsp. whole wheat wheat, 0.25 tbsp. wheat premium, 0.25 tbsp. potato starch. There was literally a handful of raisins left and threw it (do not waste the good). The liver turned out to be crisp and tastier!
