Good afternoon members of the forum! Yesterday I also had a magic pot, which I had never heard of (accidentally in a conversation I learned about the existence of multicooker) and decided to make a present for myself for the housewarming party. In the shops of Khabarovsk, there was a small selection - Mulinex, Polaris and Viscount. The charm of the Visonte with delicate flowers and butterflies determined my choice. And now she is unpacked and goes swimming (the smell is terrible). Time is late, and the friendship of time is not an obstacle, I decided to just throw everything that comes to hand and try it for a couple. Small potatoes, an egg, a slice of tomato, a slice of bell pepper, carrot slices, a slice of cabbage, onion, chicken thigh and according to the program for 20 minutes. Potatoes, tomatoes, carrots are ready. The rest is damp, I put it on for another 20 minutes - the cabbage is damp, and the meat could be darkened, but I really wanted to eat. Carrots are sweet! I don't eat steam, but for an 80-year-old mother and her "bouquet of problems" - CLASS! In the morning I cooked millet porridge with raisins - wonderful! At the 1st stage. cereals, 5 tbsp. liquids (milk with water), salt, sugar. An hour later, crumbly porridge with sweet raisins. But for 2 people one glass is a LOT, it turned out for 4 servings. But the smell of chemistry stands or burns in the chest ... Where can you go with this problem? It is not good!

And Vikusya upset me today. I put baked milk at night, and I felt that it smelled like it (milk), it was boiling, then I opened it in the morning, and then ..... some kind of burnt garbage Everything boiled away !!! And before it worked out great.

And the recipes are possible ?!

Pilaf:
So, I fried the pork in pieces in a pan with seasoning for meat + salt + ground black pepper.
I lightly fried the onion (2 large onions) for about 5 minutes over low heat, added two grated carrots to the onion, added a bit of spices again: salt, a mixture of peppers and seasoning for pilaf. Washed rice 4-5 times, until light water. Took 2 multi-glasses of rice.
At the bottom, the multi laid out the meat (almost ready) and onions with carrots. I mixed it, added rice, greens, laid tomatoes and poured 5 cups of hot water (before that I boiled water), turned on the PLOV mode, 30 minutes and squeaked a cartoon ... I think, probably, something is wrong .. I opened the lid, expected to see liquid and floating rice, and what did I see there ?! Delicious pilaf cooked in half an hour!

Charlotte with apples
Ingredients: beat 5 eggs with a glass of sugar (250 g), 1 glass of flour (I have a glass of 250 g), Soda 1 tsp. not completely quenched with lemon juice. Vanillin. Filling: apples (peeled and chopped - 4-5 pieces sweet and sour medium size).
Preparation: dough: beat eggs with sugar mixer until the volume increases by 4-5 times. Better yet, separate the whites, separately the yolks, then carefully combine the yolks, add the flour in portions and gently mix with a wooden spoon in one direction, slaked soda, vanillin and slowly stir everything with a spoon. So the dough does not fall off.

Core the apples and cut into slices. Grease a saucepan with butter and fold the apples.

Multicooker Viconte VC-600
then pour dough
Multicooker Viconte VC-600
and scatter pieces of butter on the dough
set the baking mode to 1:10 (mine is like that) .. you can have the minimum time offered by a cartoon hour! and then I put it on again, but turned it off after 10 minutes, since the cake was ready.Turned the pie over to the other side so that it baked a little and turned brownish, bake for another 15 minutes. and voila :)

Good day everyone!
I was very interested in 601 model - I want to buy a second one - I already have Panasonic - 18. For 1.5 months of use I realized that one multi is clearly not enough! I read the topics for a long time - attracted the Visonte (probably because she is similar to Panas). There is only one concern - the smell. Who has the new 601 model - how about the smell? You will have to take it through the online store, you can't smell the cartoon there! And my children (who gave me Panas. And I drive up to them for the second) said that they would not buy with the smell.

I DIDN'T HAVE ANY ODOR even in 600

I have a NEW one (unused, just from stock). No smell (in any case, my sense of smell did not detect it) It smells like a regular new thing.

Does anyone know what this charcoal bowl is? And how is it better or worse than ordinary non-stick?

Hello everyone!
Take me to the ranks of those who have Vikosha, I have 601! cooked buckwheat, rice, milk millet porridge, pea soup, rice casserole with meat, cottage cheese cake, pilaf, borscht! All liked it
Here are the questions-1) so all the same when cooking you can open the lid ???? I know that in Panasonic you can, for example, remove the foam when the soup is boiled (I cooked pea soup, on chicken, the broth turned out to be transparent, there were small amounts of scraps on the walls
2) can the device be forcibly turned off? what will become of him?

Of the minuses so far, only that baking from an hour ......... in Panasonic I know that from 20 minutes, I have to do frying in a pan ...
Pea soup turned out for 2 hours (1 hour peas and chicken, then all the ingredients + 1 hour, peas boiled

3) is it possible to continuously cook something (1 dish, then another, then, etc.)?

2) forced shutdown of the device by pulling the plug out of the socket and software permeation are completely different things
3) see page 1 "attention" item 2

Of course, for home use, I meant, if I need soup first, then cook the second, then something else and bake at the end, won't this be an excessive violence of technology, though this happens rarely, but it happens when you have to cook a lot ........

Can! This is how I cook (it happens, it happens), everything is fine. Of course, there is a break between the dishes - the saucepan cools down, you need to shift it, wash it, dry it - so time passes. And there everything is ready for the next masterpiece!

Girls, hello! Admit to your company? The other day I became the owner of the 601st. Here I sit and learn from you! I cannot boast of any masterpieces yet. And someone can tell me how in the 601st you can fry in the baking mode. The mode is then immediately for 1 hour! Is there a way to interrupt the program? And can you fry with the lid open?

Congratulations! Join in!
And it is better to fry on the "Steam cooking" mode, some still use "Warming up". I pour oil, put onions, carrots, stir, close and turn on "Steam cooking", periodically open and stir (or even fry) Usually 10 minutes are enough for frying, and if you need to add meat, then add it when onions with carrots will become beautiful.
We interrupt the program with the OFF button, you cannot immediately get out of the network !!! read the instructions!
And yes, I fry on "Steaming" sometimes with the lid open.
Good luck!
Tanya-z
Girls, and, really, you can't open the lid during cooking, is it blocked?
Aygul
Quote: Tanya-z

Girls, but, really, you can't open the lid during cooking, is it blocked?

No, it does not block, you can open it, BUT it is not recommended, because in some modes, the temperature is raised to a certain level and held, and when the lid is opened, the temperature decreases, respectively, it should take more time to cook or bring the dish again to the desired one temperature, the program does not know about your "interference", and then we say: "It didn't work out, didn't cook, hard, ...". The instructions say that Plov and Buckwheat are fully automatic modes, is it meaningful to open? Yes, and baked goods are also better not to touch, they will fall off again. Like, clearly explained?
Tanya-z
Thank you, I understand, but does he bake baked goods? And, then some complained that it somehow does not bake very much?
Aygul

It bakes well for me. I set the Baking mode for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Then I turn it off, after 10-15 minutes I take out the valve, a little more time passes and I already open and take it out. The result suits me completely. Before, when I experimented, it didn't always work out, and this is my ideal option.
Aygul

Oh, sorry, but what kind of valve are you opening?

The valve is located on the cover. Look closely and see
ksiuha
Aygul, I saw it, but I could not open it. Why open it?

Aygul, I saw it, but I could not open it. Why open it?

I open the valve so that the condensate comes out, otherwise the baking damp (is it dripping from the lid?). I didn’t open it before, but now I think it’s better. In general, it must be washed periodically, there is such a "tongue", grab it and open it.

Hello to the Viconti Club of Happy Owners!
I bought it first as a gift, and then envied it and bought it for myself. I was very interested in the prospect of buying a ceramic bowl. Can I join the queue?
Julcha
Maybe it was somewhere earlier, re-read the whole topic - ... Explain, please, what is the beauty of a ceramic bowl? What are the differences from the usual one? Thanks in advance!
Tochechka
HERE IS A LITTLE INFORMATION: "The ceramic non-stick coating does not contain polytetrafluoroethylene and residual perfluorooctonic acid. The ceramic coating has also been patented in several countries under various names and has similar properties. This coating can withstand heating up to 450C without any structural changes. The coating is based on ceramic particles and is completely free of heavy metals. The coating is more dense and resistant to scratches and allows the use of metal objects, has high slip and is easy to clean. Like its predecessor, Teflon family, ceramic coating does not react with food acids and alkalis, and due to its ability to withstand high temperatures, you can cook meat with a crispy crust without fear of damage to the non-stick layer. pb ceramic non-stick coating conquers the consumer market. The environmental friendliness of this coating is beyond doubt, it is produced using ceramic particles, there are no heavy metals in the production process and composition. As you can see from all of the above, this is the ideal coating for use in the kitchen industry. As with any coating with all the manufacturer's promises, such as resistance to scratches and a high degree of slipping, try to be gentle with these dishes. "

Girls, I have such a question. When you open the lid after finishing cooking, you get a lot of water dripping from it? And then it just floods me. : swoon: But there is very little of it in the drip tray
Julcha
Yes, condensation is dripping, where can he go .. I always put a cloth before opening. There is also water in the collection, the more you open and close, the more water.
Lyalya Toy
Julcha answered in a personal
ksiuha yes condensation is and will be, there is no getting away from it. I try not to open the lid at all during cooking and keep an eye on the drip tray so that it is always clean and all the water remains in it.
