Fried pies with fruit

Ingredients

Wheat flour 550 g
Water
(I poured 250 ml of carbonated
and 100 ml regular)
350 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar
(80 g in case of fruit pies)
60-80 g
Rast. oil 50 g
Margarine 50 g
Powdered milk 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 3 tsp

Cooking method

  • For sweet pies, add vanilla.
  • We load all the ingredients into the bread maker.
  • When the dough comes up, grease your hands with vegetable oil so that the dough does not stick to your hands. We tear off pieces from the dough and roll the balls. It is very important to work with your hands, do not use a rolling pin. Then the dough is more fluffy. You determine the size of the pie yourself and shape the pie in your hand, stretching the dough with your fingers.
  • I really love these currant pies, but any fruit will do. Be sure to pour some sugar on the filling. Fry in a cauldron in vegetable oil like donuts.
