Fried pies super fast

Ingredients

warm water 40 degrees 450-500 ml
fresh yeast 50 g
sugar 1 tbsp. l.
salt 0.5 tsp
grows up. refined butter into dough 100 ml
grows up. refined oil for frying
flour 3-4 stacks

Cooking method

  • Dissolve the yeast in some of the water, add sugar, salt, the rest of the water, flour and at the end 0.5 cups of vegetable oil to a bowl. Knead the dough immediately. It should not be tight and will stick a little to your hands.
  • From the dough, immediately make balls with a tennis ball. When you roll all the balls, start making pies from the first ball. The dough shouldn't fit - that's the whole point. It will work well when frying.
  • From the ball we make a pancake with our hands, dipping them into the rast. butter, put the filling, pinch and slap on top. The pie should be flat.
  • Fry in plenty of hot oil, seam down first.
  • Adjust the dough to match your flour, pour 3 cups first. There may be a lot of water, then add flour until the dough is slightly sticky.
  • At all the thinner the dough, the better and more magnificent the pies! Don't hammer them with flour!

I love this dough for its speed, the pies are extremely airy, delicious, just super!
I always do half the recipe, then the yield is 12-14, and even I do 1/4 of the recipe - just for my husband and I to eat 6-7 pieces.

If a similar recipe was on the forum, I'm sorry, but it's impossible to check all the recipes. I understand that there are many similar pastry recipes, but after all, the whole tsimes is always in proportions!

I just did.
