Autumn Girl
As far as I understood from the instructions for the ovens that are being read now, this is the peak. I am also very interested in this question, because the house consumes just a crazy amount of electricity - pumps for heating and water, lights, a plot, etc.

Hairpin, why don't they? I bought myself a gas Kaiser in the summer, it has a spit but a spit with an electric ten. Or do you mean that there is no gas grill?

In connection with the upcoming renovation in the kitchen, we will not see anything for a long time))).
Olga VB
Natul, have you already bought all the building blocks?
If possible, write which one, and what were the main criteria for choosing, why the choice fell on these models.
And then I, too, in the selection process.
Scarecrow
Olga VB,

You will now be amazed at my goodness, but the main thing that I chose was the oven. I don't care about the rest from the high bell tower. Almost))).

Oven. I struggled for a long time how to combine modes with steam and high temperature. I wanted from 30g. (dough proofing modes) and up to 300g. (for baking bread). Figo. Either from 50g, or up to 250g, or up to 300, but no steam modes are even close. Spat, focused on steam modes (bread !!!). In the end, if this is a special mode for baking bread, it should do it. Now I have max. 250. In Electrolux 240 in my opinion.

Cooking: 2 panels of dominoes from the electrolux. ELECTROLUX EGC 93313 NK. Powerful and the same. I don't need 4 burners if I have 4 toons, and 1 powerful is not enough. Usually in a standard brewhouse only 1 is really powerful. It's not enough for me. But all the other three are not needed))). Gas control, everything you need is there.

Hood: Siemens LC 68BD542. Good suction power, LEDs and 3 speeds. Now I have a similar set of functions, nothing else is needed.

Built-in microwave: Electrolux EMS 26204OX. I selected it according to the basic set of functions (I have the same now), I limited myself to Electrolux, because they will stand exactly one above the other with an oven. Although I chose not from one model range.

I had a dishwasher and will continue to Mile, a large stainless steel Bosch refrigerator. I don’t change them.
Vei
Natasha, what is the final model and brand of the oven, did I miss something? and what is its volume and price?))
Scarecrow
Vei,

On the previous page, the model and even with a photo)))
Parallel
I have an electrolux, but without steam - 275 degrees maximum. though I don’t bake bread and don’t heat it to that temperature)))
Vei
and I'm all in thought. I cannot define priorities for myself. But apparently the most important thing for me is a large volume, or rather even the size of a baking sheet, convection is required, and then I already start to want steam, a temperature probe, and telescopic guides and a lot of everything else. But so far, I have not found anything with large (not overall) dimensions at a reasonable price, and with the current exchange rate, apparently, I will not change the oven very soon (((
Parallel
I would also like an oven with large baking sheets, so that two medium or large forms stand side by side, and also with pyrolysis. I am ready to do without telescopes and a probe) here the steam is probably convenient, so as not to put-take out the frying pan with boiling water.
Scarecrow
Parallel,

The fact of the matter is that ovens with pyrolysis almost never have steam and vice versa. This very steam is used to clean the oven. that's what it's called - steam cleaning. All there "soak" as far as I understand.
Parallel
then I'm for pyrolysis))) I really need steam, I don't have enough time for bread / pies.
Scarecrow
Parallel,

I agree, everyone has their own preferences. But not only pies and bread are cooked with steam. Meat, for example, of all types for a crispy crust. You can watch the video, they tell it clearly. There are three or four types of pairs.
Delait
An oven with pyrolysis is something, before it was just an installation, I didn’t just wash it, then I spat and stopped cooking in it at all, when the choice was for a new house, the biggest requirement was precisely the presence of pyrolysis.
Now I have an AEG oven with pyrolysis, a temperature probe, a telescope, autoprog, you can add your recipe to memory and other bells and whistles such as adjusting the pace from 30 to 300 grams. And I will not start to get rid of it. More convection and a large grill are in use.
If somewhere you could read recipes, WHAT and HOW to cook with these modes,
Vei
Delait, is there steam in your oven?
Irina F
Scarecrow, Natasha, what kind of video? Can't you give me a link?

There is not one of them, but for example:

0izasCTnCLU
Vei
oh, Natasha, I immediately wanted such an Electrolux)))
my mother has a fairly simple model of this brand, though there are 12 modes, and although the oven is already 7 years old, it is not outdated and perfectly copes with absolutely all tasks. Another thing is that the couple then, in my opinion, was nowhere, and at that time he was not needed.
By the way, about cleaning. during these many years of use, the oven had to be thoroughly washed only once. What I mean is that pyrolysis is certainly a good thing, but not that it is essential.
But I consider the presence of a temperature probe and telescopic guides very necessary and in demand, especially if you use the oven constantly or often.
Delait
Quote: Vei
Delait, is there steam in your oven?
No, no couple.

I often use the grill on the grate, so that the oven gets dirty seriously, I turn on pyrolysis not regularly, but often.
Masinen
Scarecrow, Natasha, a dream, not an oven.
But everything with steam is expensive.
There is also AEG with steam, but the price is the same as that of Electrolux.

I also look after the oven.

Vei, Liz, in order not to find it expensive, it is necessary to go shopping, as the prices for old supplies have not changed. And on the Internet everything is already expensive.
Scarecrow
Masinen,

AEG with steam is, in my opinion, not 30-300 degrees. I sort of shoveled everything. I didn’t have two BUTs))).
Olga VB
DelaitNatasha, what model?
Delait
Olga, I have AEG 9971 5 M, I know that they were replaced by some other model, but the price became many times more expensive than we bought it. (Like they added a spit and the price went up) I took it according to reviews from another forum. , where they compared its technical filling with other ovens and it won in many positions. i.e. price-quality. they are not in Ukraine now, I searched for a long time until I found it, even then, and I bought two years ago the price was about 1000 USD That is, plus = minus, I don't remember exactly.
maria2606
Girls, maybe not in the subject, but maybe someone has a Candy Duo oven, which is with a dishwasher? Is it convenient?
olgalapt
I have a Teka HL 890 stainless steel (41558810) model (I specially went into the instructions and wrote them off) 🔗 she is the second.I believe that an electric oven bakes much better than a gas oven. In the gas oven, the pie would be fried, then it would be raw and had to constantly turn over, but then I put it on and everything is baked evenly
Vinnitsa
Hello girls! I read the forum (not all pages, half) and ask for hints. I choose an electric oven, especially bells and whistles are not needed, so that meat, potatoes, cookies, pizza, cakes for cakes (I bake biscuits in a slow cooker), I'm not going to bake bread. At first I thought of buying a desktop one, so that it would be inexpensive, but I read the reviews and realized that they almost do everything (steam comes down through the doors, it gets very hot), and if there is a better model (like Delongy), then the price is the same as that of the installation. Now I switched to finding the built-in oven. Boshi, Siemens, Aeg I understand that they are good, but expensive for me with the requirements put forward. I look at Whirlpool (WHIRLPOOL AKP 454 IX), I like the design, functions, and especially the PRICE. What can you advise? How are the whirlpool quality? Thanks for the help!

I look at Whirlpool (WHIRLPOOL AKP 454 IX), I like the design, functions, and especially the PRICE.

How lucky, as far as, in general, any equipment close in price is concerned. Sometimes reviews on a specific model - each has its own shortcomings - ready to put up - buy. Do not be afraid, the oven itself is simple, reliable, repairs in any case are relatively inexpensive.

In my view, ovens fall into three categories:

1. At a more or less acceptable price, there are a lot of flaws - either the handles fall off, then the doors will be fastened, then the spits will jam, etc., etc.

2. At a much less affordable price, I am offered to pay for the color music on the panel, called a display with a computer, stuffed with idiotic recipes. Repair is more expensive than repairing a business class car.

3. At this price, she has to go to the store herself !!!

Quote: Olga1984
I also considered this one, but at first it was not available, then, due to the jump in the dollar rate, it went up very much ((so I chose Electrolux. The seller said that it is not inferior to Bosch. There are many functions, the menu is light and large, while only hot sandwiches had time do it, I'll write about the rest later
What's your model? Are you satisfied with it? What are the disadvantages identified in the cooking process? Thanks for the answer.
Vinnitsa
Shoveled information about ovens, it's time to decide. I finally choose between two: Whirlpool AKP 461 NB and Whirlpool AKP 462 IX. The 462 has telescopes, catalysis, auto shutdown. So I'm thinking now and asking for hints: does the oven get very dirty when cooking meat dishes, as I understand it, and when baking cake layers, cookies - not really? that is, if not pyrolysis, then you can choose walls with enamel, without catalysis. Correct, who understands a lot! Time is short, you have to choose, but the head is already square!
here is a comparison
🔗
and here is a description of one of the models (461)
🔗
Olga VB
Vinnitsa, here only you can decide.
For example, there are ovens without any cleaning at all, and many do not even think to clean them - at best, the glass is scrubbed, and even then only on major holidays.
And some, on the contrary, almost every day clean everything to a shine.
At the same time, neither one nor the other affects the quality of the prepared dishes.
Personally, I would not look at the cleaning method first. More important for me is the reliability of technology, temperature range, convenience of switches, temperature probe, telescopic guides, ...
What is more important for you? Is it really a way to clean up?
Rada-dms
Vinnitsa, I make almost all meat dishes in transparent glass forms with a lid - the oven does not get dirty, they turn out juicy, and the crust is no worse than open. You just need to have several tall forms with high convex lids. Sometimes I bake bread in them under the lid.
Vinnitsa
Olga, thanks for the advice! I have already decided - I will take 461, since the assembly is Italian, and the telescopes can be delivered. And as for washing - we will solve problems as they accumulate (pollution): I think modern enamels are not "Druzhkovka" and others like them ...I don't bake on an industrial scale, there is a cartoon for help. Once again, all merci for your help!
Vinnitsa
Hostesses! I ordered an oven, they will bring it on Thursday. I have a question: what is baked at a temperature of 250 to 300 degrees?
Scarecrow
Vinnitsa,

Bread and pizza!
Vinnitsa
Nata, Ltd! I will know, thanks! I look, in some up to 250 degrees, in others - up to 300 temperatures.
Scarecrow
Vinnitsa,

For pizza, the stoker is still hellish, because it is necessary for the cheese to melt instantly and the crust on the dough grabbed.

Bread and tortillas are first planted at a very high temperature, especially when considered. that opening / closing the oven when loading the dish immediately drops the temperature by 20-30 degrees. Therefore, they also warm up with a margin.

there still much depends on convection and steam regimes. In the presence of convection, the ratio of baking temperatures is different: in the traditional oven mode it will be, for example, 250 degrees, in convection mode - the temperature is set 20-30 degrees lower than the traditional one. Steam modes in ovens also greatly increase thermal conductivity, so the temperatures there are also set lower than traditional ones, etc. But, if convection is in every modern oven, then there are no steam modes yet. I have a steam oven with max. temperature 250 degrees (if not 240 - I don't remember !!).
Vinnitsa
Nata, thanks for such an accessible presentation! I ordered myself such an oven (model 461, black) 🔗.
How will they bring, I will write in detail.
Paste
Leave a review about Nardi FEX25V13S. Width 45 cm. Specially looking for a small one for a small kitchen. Well, for me one is enough for the eyes. This is one of the simplest models. No bells and whistles. With convection. cleaning traditional. Of the minuses: 1) The biggest - the timer does not turn off the stove. I didn't even know about that. I overpaid 1000 rubles for the timer. The question is, why do I need it, if it does not turn off the stove? It was possible to take it cheaper without a timer or with an electronic timer. 2) Color: in the description it was written - silver. In fact, it is mirrored. Constantly have to wipe, all the drops are visible. 3) The timer has the same sound at the end of the time as the old Soviet mechanical alarm clocks. I jump up every time I turn it on. 4) And the most unpleasant thing is that the timer is not quite working. If you set the time for more than 10-15 minutes, then it does not work. But I could not check it for two weeks after the purchase, now I need to contact the service.
How she bakes suits me, everything bakes perfectly and evenly. Modes: traditional mode without convection heats from above and below, also with convection, grill, grill with covection, defrost.
elka34
I watched the Weissgauff OE 69 PDW oven today, no one heard anything about this brand ???
Anna1957
I'll raise the topic. Who is ultimately choosing what they bought and what experiences?
Since there is a Princess for pies, pies, AG, in which bread in the form of L7 is placed, it remains to find a device in which it will be possible to bake in Nordic tins. I will choose between an oven with a height of 45 cm and a stove with a Sharp microwave, about which Igor wrote. It comes out much cheaper, and I will save space.

I join Anna, I will sit, I will listen

Anna1957, Anh, I ended up buying the same one as from Chuchelka, so I have a different format, I can't advise you anything.

Yes, you and Chuchelka have incomparable scales with me. I would like to hear the owners of compact devices.
Umka
Vei, Elizabeth, what is this ??? Can the manufacturer and the model be in the "studio" !!! Thanks a lot in advance for your answer !!!
Vei
Umka19, Ludmila, I will not name the model number now, not at home. And so this is Electrolux with steam, temperature probe, a bunch of built-in programs, without pyrolysis and super cleanings, for 73 liters.
