I have never used a roaster on my small induction cooker, and for a regular glass-ceramic hob I have a roaster that is not suitable for induction. Who knows if not cast iron goose pans suitable for induction cooking? So far I only find cast iron.

Everywhere they write that cast iron is suitable.
Or tried it, but the stove went out?

I know about cast iron. I just want to find a non-iron one! Apparently they are not letting others out. Cast aluminum everywhere.

Either cast iron or aluminum, no options.

Hmm ... Guys, how do painted cast iron behave? Is anyone dissatisfied with them? There are such Mayer & Bosh ducks. Does anyone have it?

I don’t know about the painted ones, but the old cast-iron pans and ducklings that were in Soviet times do not work. Cast iron is not iron.

I, too, having bought induction, brought old pans from the dacha, but the stove with them does not turn on.

Everything works fine for me with cast iron from the USSR

I use enameled cast iron from Ikea, the flight is normal.

Check with a magnet if the toda does not stick it is a luminescent alloy and not cast iron

There is such a question (I warn you right away: I just started reading about such stoves, so the questions will be stupid): if you put a larger pan on a small pancake of an induction cooker, will it be heated?
Rita
It will be, but unevenly.
Ved`mo4ka
Thank you for your prompt response :) and even then a stupid question: if there are large pots on two burners of such a stove, which "push" each other, as a result of which even the burners themselves may have some space that is not occupied by the pan , under such conditions, will the burners work or turn off, as if nothing was standing on them?
sazalexter
Ved`mo4ka May be disabled, depending on the model. It continues to work for me even with a half busy coil.

On my stove, if you lift a saucepan from the burner, it starts blinking at the moment and soon turns off, but if I put a small ladle on the big end, everything works and only the area occupied by the bottom of the ladle is used.

Hello. I recently purchased a combined desktop tile Iplate. Three days later, the halogen burner began to turn on and off itself only by turning it off from the network, the sensor does not respond in this case. And on a halogen burner, the blocking works only when the burner is on, it makes no sense. Can you please tell me this is a factory defect or features of the combined tiles? Maybe I will have time to pass it ...
sazalexter
Melissa Apparently a defect, contact the store or service. The tile itself should definitely not turn on.
Melissa
Thank you. We'll have to take it to the service.
Melissa
Today, the service offered a new one in exchange for the defective Iplate, but it did not pass the test even in the service, the blocking did not work. The whole party is marriage. It's a shame the idea for the combined tile was very good. Where can you find a good quality alternative?

Marusya
Dear forum users! Maybe someone is using the HOTTER HX-HE211?
Table induction hob
I want to buy an induction cooker, but I don't know which brand.
Rita
And what's the difference what to buy. Expensive Kenwood and cheap Nord work equally well for me. The main thing is that the stove recognizes the saucepan and heats it up.
Still, there is one important point - the heating temperature must be indicated. And then my two only have a scale of 1,2,3,4 ... without specifying temperatures. And the difference between 2 and 3 is very significant. For 3 it boils strongly, and for 2 it practically does not boil.
Marusya
Rita, can you recommend something? I will be very grateful. For me this technique is a novelty, that's why I "float" in information.
Rita
I can’t recommend, I don’t know what you have on sale. I wrote my main recommendations in the previous post.
iplate
I apologize for the long absence (I was on a business trip).

That with the combined Iplate it happened is strange. As for the Hotter, the tiles are good and, most importantly, they have a solid surface (no stickers). And in general, when choosing, you should pay attention to only a few things:

1) Surface - MANDATORY solid.
2) Power not less than 1600W
3) Touch control - lasts many times longer
4) The price for a single-burner induction should not be higher than 3000, if higher, then this is already a surcharge for the brand, etc. the quality from this will not be higher.
5) Service. Just before buying, dial the company and tell them that your stove is broken. See how they will solve your problem.

This is basic.

Additionally:

1) Timer desirable
2) Automatic functions (porridge, fry, soup, etc.) are absolutely goofy.

All of the above IMHO.

Buy one where you can adjust the temperature.
Galinka-Malinka
everyone can
Rita
Not everyone. It is necessary that it shows the current temperature, and not the level 1,2,3 ... This is necessary because many induction hobs suffer from a large temperature difference at the lower level. For example, at level 3 it boils a lot, but at level 2 it does not boil at all.
iplate
Of these, definitely VES

It has a touch panel, there is no plastic on the sides, and if the pan peels off, it will not melt the sides. In terms of functions, what is needed and a four-digit display (4 digits fit). And the brand seems to be less.

P.S. Levels show tiles with 2 and 3 digit displays
Rita
In none of them will the pan melt the plastic, because the plastic is below the glass level. I've had a Kenwood with a plastic edging for about five years, nothing has melted during this time.
I would take a Pro cook.
iplate
On prfit cook can. Where the glass above the plastic will not melt, but the surface is smaller and there will be more dirt on them, since a lot of cracks are obtained. And the panel with buttons on such tiles is usually a sticker that sometimes peels off.
julifera
I didn’t like sensory ones, and generally didn’t want pumpkin ones, while you bump it, everything would run away, so on a tip from Chuchelka I bought it with a quick circular regulator - sooooo convenient
If you want to set the temperature, if you want power - you can choose from, there is a timer.
And the surface is completely up to the very edge of the glass, nothing melts anywhere, it is wiped easily, therefore it is always perfectly clean
Sold in Epicenters - Valore VBR 1 / 1.8 Tr / R / LED
Table induction hob
Rita
Again, nothing has peeled off and there is no dirt either, so nothing burns or sticks on induction cookers. The panel does not heat up.
Do you sell iplate induction cookers?
Rita
I also have a round regulator :). But now it seems that there are none.

Yes, these tiles are familiar to me)). But, there are still two touch buttons. And an absolutely ridiculous algorithm for setting the timer. The rest is fine. I especially like that the numbers on the display are green.
By the way, if anything, then I have a lot of spare parts for such plates.

Yes, IPLATE is just as familiar
Galinka-Malinka
And what about Hylton? in our city you can buy even without ordering anywhere.
iplate
I'm just not very aware of Brand Hylton, but the stove feels very similar to kitfort (apparently from the same factory) and if you don't find fault, then it's okay, well, it's certainly better than Maxwell and the staff
Galinka-Malinka
🔗 here they write (still reading) that
-Bought a Maxwell tile, so its squeak is loud
And how to recognize which ones will squeak and which ones will not?
iplate
No way. ... Squeak is the interaction between the coil and the bottom of the pan. So the squeak will depend on the bottom. It can also occur if the bottom is wet, but there the sound is slightly different.

Of these, definitely VES
Well, I would definitely not recommend it ...
The fact is that VES refers to werewolf firms that are only registered in Europe (Spain), but in fact have Chinese roots. I would be more careful with the purchase. I am somehow tense about such misleading of the buyer by the manufacturer. But in the photo I just saw exactly 2 German firms: Steba and Profi Cook. my opinion is that the Germans make ALL equipment better than China.
I have a multicooker and electric grill Shteba and a VES marinator and waffle iron at home. I can compare.
And I strongly disagree that the price above 3,000 is just a fee for the brand. Several years ago, I specifically looked at topics about induction. I can say this - if you looked at how the equipment is assembled inside and from which components from DIFFERENT manufacturers, you would change your mind. Some devices are generally prohibited for use for safety reasons. A partial list of them was in our magazine "Demand" and is somewhere in my zvgashnik.
Here is one of the reasons why it does not boil for 2, but boils for 3 power.
iplate
Good afternoon. I do not convince anyone, but I advise. Yes, Wes is China. Yes, Shteba and ProfiCook Brands are better known and more authoritative, but they are also produced in China and Gorene is among them. So many Brands are misleading by registering offices there ......

Yes, the quality is different, and believe me I saw many plates in disassembled form)).
And what is boiling or not boiling on mode 3 is already a question for electronics and programmers.

And, the price, so know that in an induction cooker the MOST expensive is glass ceramics and pay 6-8 tyr for a "odnushka", well, not for that. !!!
P.S. In the photo, the coil is made of a cheap plate, it should NOT be so
igorechek
Well, you really don't know and confuse categories ...
We know very well that there are at least 2 categories:
1. Development, engineering thought and even production facilities for sale in DEVELOPED countries (where ours, unfortunately, is not included) is located, for example, in Germany (Shteba and Profi Cook), and the main facilities, like MOST LEADING manufacturers, have been moved to Asia. And there it is produced according to German technology on German machines by CONFIDENTIAL Chinese workers. And this was done not because of the deterioration in quality, but to REDUCE THE PRODUCT due to the cheap labor and the process itself. And one more reason - in Europe and Japan there is NOT SO MUCH free territory to build there more and more factories and to preserve the norms. ecology.
2. The development was made in China itself by their engineers or together with ours or copied from someone ... And they are registered in European countries to confuse the buyer. At least it's not fair. And in fact, there is an article in the law on deliberate misleading.
If I come to buy jeans for work, then I take them for 700-800, I am not indignant and I know that they sold me something made by our friends. But if I want to buy a branded item for the soul, and they give me a Vietnamese fake, assuring me that this is Italy, I will be indignant! And you ?
The Constitutional Court has already forbidden Bork to write that it is Germany, Vitesse is that it is France, etc. The Kaiser made it more cunning. They stopped writing that it was a German company, but began to use the slogan-German quality ...
Buyer choose. It's just not good for our Chinese brothers to disguise their work as European countries or the United States.
And then what kind of FILLING INSIDE the device, I was convinced more than once.
sazalexter
Almost all tiles are produced by one factory in China under OEM contracts, at one time I found a manufacturer, yes ... All of them not inverter, that is, they do not have a smooth heating, they all work up to a certain power cyclically and the programmers have nothing to do with it. If you need an inverter, it's Electrolux and Bosch.
iplate
I fully agree with you. Cheating is not good.
Customer confidence in a Brand must be earned through quality and sometimes it takes decades.
Nobody talks about the inverter here, here talking about induction

P.S. When I advised the WEC, I meant your jeans for 800 rubles
sazalexter
