Alexander K, unfortunately, this is an irreversible phenomenon (excess temperature). You probably have something with the automation (electronics) happened, as the bread for some reason burnt. In my HP, the bread never burned, even if I did not turn off the HP immediately after baking. Advice, of course, you can use, it will not be worse, but the HP will become cleaner for sure.

Where did the plastic get "tanned"? If the edges are under the lid, then this is not critical (they already turn slightly yellow over time). I think this is not a warranty case.
